Roster Checks can be made only if requested by a team captain either during a game or immediately after. The League supervisor is responsible for this. If an ineligible player participates in a game/match, the game/match will be forfeited. C. Abusive language and unsportsmanlike conduct WILL NOT be tolerated! The officials will give a warning and a time-out called against the team receiving the warning. It is the captain s responsibility to control their teammates as well as their fans. A further warning will result in forfeiting THE MATCH! Teams that continue to display behavior that is not conducive to good sportsmanship will forfeit all remaining games and the entry fee will not be refunded. Teams may be subject to a warning if unsportsmanlike behavior occurs when the match is over. The warning will be assessed to the next match played, even if it is the following week. D. Games will be to 25 points using rally scoring where a team must win by 2 points with a 30-point cap. Matches will be the best 2 out of 3 games with each match limited to 45 minutes. The next point scored (1POINT SUDDEN DEATH) will determine games that are tied at the end of the forty-five minute time. A match that is tied (1 game to 1 game) at the end of the time limit will be determined by a three point tiebreaker. Teams may stay on the court and play for fun at the completion of the match, but they must give the court to the next teams for a 5-minute warm-up. E. Ten (10) minutes after scheduled time for the match (or completion of the preceding match) the first game of the match will be a forfeit if a team does not show up with a minimum of five (5) players. Twenty (20) minutes after the designated start time, the match will be forfeited. If the match has been forfeited, a team can pick up other players to play for fun. IX. General Playing Rules A. Team rosters should consist of 8-12 players.
