The Green Knights are the only unbeaten team in North Division action and in the Midwest Conference overall. The Green Knights had won 11 straight games in the series before Beloit claimed a 34-31 win in Beloit in 2010. Last Meeting: St. Norbert defeated Beloit 29-14 on Oct. 25, 2014 at Schneider Stadium in De Pere. The Green Knights led 7-0 at halftime before pulling away with two third-quarter touchdowns. About the Green Knights: St. Norbert enters the game 6-0 overall and 2-0 in the Midwest Conference North Division after a 48-14 win over Ripon this past Saturday at Ingalls Field in Ripon. The 6-0 start is the Green Knights first since going 10-0 during the 2007 regular season. Senior running back Brad Boockmeier retook the team rushing lead after a 114-yard rushing performance against Ripon. Boockmeier has 426 yards on 87 carries with four touchdowns. Sophomore running back Elijah Fort has 398 yards rushing with 74 attempts and eight touchdowns. Sophomore quarterback Jack Becker has completed 87 of 131 passes for 1,032 yards with eight touchdowns and two interceptions. Junior wide receiver Zach Reeves has 25 receptions for 261 yards and one touchdown, while sophomore wide receiver Brett Olson has 16 receptions for 288 yards and two touchdowns. Senior linebacker R.J. Callow leads the Green Knights in tackles with 43. Senior linebacker Jacob Wells has 35 tackles, while junior defensive back Ryan Grandlic has 34 tackles and three interceptions. Senior defensive back Frank Laterza leads the secondary with five interceptions and seven passes defended. St. Norbert is averaging 32.8 points and 391.8 yards per game. Defensively, the Green Knights are allowing 11.7 points and 293.5 yards per game. St. Norbert s scoring defense is currently 15th in Division III. About the Buccaneers: Beloit enters the game 2-4 overall and 1-1 in the Midwest Conference North Division. The Buccaneers, who have lost their last three games, dropped a 28-14 decision to Macalester on Saturday in St. Paul, Minn. Junior running back Mason Dixon leads Beloit with 888 yards rushing on 149 carries and nine touchdowns. Dixon s average of 148.0 rushing yards per game is currently eighth in Division III. Beloit is averaging 34.8 points and 453.5 yards per game. Defensively, the Buccaneers are allowing 37.8 points and 422.5 yards per game. Turnover Talk: St. Norbert finished a lusty plus-5 in turnover margin in Saturday s 48-14 win over Ripon. The Green Knights scored 17 points off turnovers. The Green Knights are second in the NCAA Division III in turnover margin at plus-2.50 per game. Only Stevenson s plus-2.67 is higher. St. Norbert is also fifth nationally in turnovers lost with four and is tenth in the country in turnovers gained with 19. St. Norbert has lost two fumbles and thrown two interceptions this season.
