Annex 2 - Rules for Bits How to Read Annex 2: 1. A bit is comprised of a mouthpiece and a cheekpiece. Cheekpiece outhpiece 2. Annex 2 is a matrix of bits, that are and are not allowed in Pony Club WA. The Precis in Section 5 use a similar style of matrix table. 3. To determine if a bit is permitted, look at the cheekpiece of OUR bit. 4. Go to Annex 2 and find for OUR ATCHIG cheekpiece in the far LEFT column with the GREE header Cheekpieces. Cheekpieces are listed from simple down to the more complex styles in Annex 2. 5. Found your Cheekpiece? Good. ext step. 6. ow look for OUR ATCHIG mouthpiece along the RIGHT columns with the ELLOW header outhpieces. ou may not find your matching mouthpiece on the first page so turn to the second and third page showing mouthpiece options. 7. Found your outhpiece, with your Cheekpiece? Good. ext step. 8. The junction of your CHEEKPIECE and OUTHPIECE is a box with text in it, this says where the bit is and is not permitted.
