A Message From The Governor Brothers, Ladies, and Co Workers, The holidays are just around the corner. It s hard to believe another year is almost over. The month of November holds several items of interest. The Lodge will be having a comedy night on November 29 th. Those of you who attended our last comedy night know how enjoyable it was. The men are offering a raffle for a trip to Disney World. The tickets are $5.00 and there will be only 1000 tickets sold. Look for more info in this newsletter. We are also selling chances on two tickets to see the Flyers. These fund raisers are being run to rebuild our cash reserve after depleting our reserve on the new roof. The meat shoot will also occur on November 9 th along with the WOTM breakfast. The month of December is always a busy month for activities. Farm night will be held on Friday December12th. Remember the doors will be closed at 8:00 P.M. The women will sponsor a dance on December 6 th. Plan to attend. This year s Christmas sing along will be December 19 th. The kids Christmas party will be December the 21 st. This year we will be having the New Years Eve party with a slight change. We will be serving dinner from 4 to 8 P.M. at a cost of $20.00. The dance and party will be from 9 P.M. to 1 A.M. at a cost of $30.00. You will be able to attend both for $50.00. Or, you can elect to attend one or the other of the two functions. I would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a joyous holiday season. Come out and support your Lodge in the coming months. Fraternally yours, Charles E. Staley Governor

From The Administrator Hello everyone. Hope you all had a great summer. With the holiday season almost here, we expect to be busy. Please keep in mind that there are lots of events going on within your Lodge. Keep checking the board for more information. The door system is or will be fixed shortly. Within the next few weeks your access cards will need to be reprogrammed. Details will be on the board in the Lodge, and on our web site. Keep checking both places. The rules for renting the grove or banquet hall have changed. If you have a rental for next year, please contact me in regard to these changes. Have a safe and happy holiday season. I hope to see all of you soon. Thank you for everything you do for our great family fraternity. Fraternally Yours, Phil Febus Administrator

Dear Co-workers The cold winter nights will soon be upon us and Xmas is just around the corner. We have a busy schedule coming up in the next two months so we will need all the help we can get, so if you can spare some of your time it would be greatly appreciated. Ask me or any of my officers what you can do to help. Tuesday Nov 4th is the W.O.T.M. banquet at 6:00pm. Friday December 5th is our cookie sale, prepare a batch of your favorites and bring to the lodge by 4:30pm so that the ladies can wrap them and sell them. This is always a good fundraiser so please bake some cookies. Saturday December 6th is our oldies dance $10:00 per ticket if you want to have a good night come out and listen to D.J.ROCK "N" RON. Any questions ask Dolores Smith P E P committee chairperson. Friday December 19 is the W.O.T.M. SINGALONG starting around 8:00pm until our voices run out, join us and have a great evening. The Moose Children's Xmas party is on Sunday December 21 from 2:00 till 4:00pm. A sign up sheet will be on the table by the front door, please put your child s name, age and if a boy or a girl. Our fundraisers run from breakfast to breakfast. So keep watching and participating in them, this is how we make money for Mooseheart, Moosehaven and all the charities we donate to. In November we will be having a food drive (non perishable foods) for the needy families in our community.watch for the basket in the lodge. I would like to thank all my officers, chairpersons and coworkers for all their time and hard work. Happiness is the best face lift. THANK YOU. Fraternally Yours, BettyThomson Sr. Regent.,
