Rules & Regulation FIFA 2019 This document outlines the rules and regulations pertaining to FIFA 2019 Tournaments hosted by Playtonia esports. Failing to adhere to these rules and regulations may result in disqualification and/or other penalization as determined by PLAYTONIA management (including as may be set forth in these rules and regulations). Please note that PLAYTONIA management has the authority to make final decisions that are not specifically delineated in these rules and regulations to preserve fair play and sportsmanship at its sole discretion.
1.0 Event Information Each FIFA 2019 tournament which will be hosted by Playtonia will have unique format, information, Schedules and Prize Distribution method will be explained in the respective event page. Participants are expected to go through the Format carefully and follow according to it. 2.0 Game Settings: The following game settings will be used: Level: Legendary Time of Day: 08:00PM Season: Summer Time of Day: Day Weather: Clear Game Speed: Normal Team : Club / Nation Half Length: 4 mins ; 5 mins in final rounds Multiplayer Camera: Tele Broadcast Other Camera settings: Default Time/Score Display: On Radar: 2D or 3D Injuries: OFF
Offsides: ON The following team and controller settings will be used: Custom Tactics: Allowed (Custom formations not allowed) Passing Power Assistance: OFF Defending: Tactical Defending FIFA Trainer: OFF Player can pause the game to change strategy and players only two times per game and when game is stopped (i.e. offside, touchline, fouls etc.). Exceptionally player can pause the game each time one of his player is sent off or is injured to change him and his strategy. In case of any conflict, the decision of Playtonia officials or Admins is final and binding. Rest of the game settings to remain default. 4.0 Rules & Regulations 4.1 Gameplay Rules: 1. A match is played in 4 minutes per half. The winner of the match is the player with the most goals. 2. In case of a draw at regulation time, extra time will be played. If the game is still drawn at the end of the extra game, winner of that match will be decided over a penalty shootout. 3. Match start time indicates the time when match begins. Therefor player is advised to be present at least 30 minutes before their match time.
4. An official match may only be started and played when a referee assigned by Playtonia has permitted to start it. Any match started without approval of a referee will not be considered. 5. Players can pause the game to change strategy and players can take pauses only 2 times per game and when game is stopped (i.e. offside, touchline, fouls etc.). Exceptionally player can pause the game each time of his player is sent off or is injured to change him and his strategy. 6. If a game is involuntary interrupted (player crash, server crash) the tournament officials may or not decide to restart the game. If the match must be restarted, it will be according to the following rules: If both players haven t scored a goal during the first half-time the whole match will be restarted. If the problem took place after the first goal scored, the game will be restarted with the remaining half-time. The goals scored of the interrupted half-time will be added to the final score of the new game. 4.2 General Rules: 1. Any person or individual who has been banned by FIFA 2019 publisher, will not be permitted to compete or participate in the tournament or in any qualifying event. Apart from getting banned from the website, Playtonia reserves rights to take away all the Playtonia leaf(s)/ Cash Prizes/Give Away Prizes earned by him/her or the involving party. 2. In order to dispute game results, Players must write an email to support@playtonia.com with the relevant information like Match Date and Time, Match Lobby Link, Suspected Player with appropriate proofs like screenshots and
5.0 Conduct Rules video clips and once complaints received Playtonia Officials will do thorough investigation and take necessary actions. 3. In-Game Player names, Player avatars must not contain Recist Image or text. Irrelevant Image or text. Trade Marked or Copy Righted images. 4. Playtonia has permission to use Player Avatars uploaded in Playtonia Website for use on live-streaming, television broadcasts of Playtonia and related events, online use, including but not limited to, social media posts and videos, and for the advertising/promotion of the Playtonia online broadcasts, (e.g., institutional promotion), and in connection therewith, Playtonia corporate partners and sponsors. 5. Each Player will be required to use its official Playtonia account (or create one prior to the commencement of tournament play). 6. Playtonia management has the final ruling on all tournament matters. 5.1 Foul Rules: 1. Players may not communicate with spectators. 2. Players will act professionally at all times and may not curse, taunt or use vulgar or inappropriate language or gestures.
5.2 Technical Foul Rules: 1. Players may not verbally abuse a tournament official. Verbal abuse of a tournament official includes, but is not limited to, the use of vulgar language directed at a tournament official, the use of insulting words or gestures directed at a tournament official, and excessive argument with a tournament official that results in the delay of a match. 2. Players may not incite spectators into taunting a Player, team officials, or spectator. 3. Players may not engage in any other conduct that, in the discretion of tournament officials, violates the spirit of these rules, affects the ability of tournament officials to conduct a fair and safe competition, and/or is detrimental to Playtonia and/or its partners. 5.3 Additional Rules: 1. Players are expected to put forth their best effort in all games. Players may not intentionally forfeit a game or conspire to manipulate rankings or brackets. 2. Players shall not participate in or otherwise be involved with, either directly or indirectly, any fantasy sports, betting or gambling that uses tournament stats or results or that is otherwise related to Playtonia in any way. Any betting or gambling by a Player against his/her own matches will result in immediate disqualification of the entire Team and, at the discretion of Playtonia Management, a ban from one or more subsequent Playtonia competitions (up to permanent expulsion from all future Playtonia events). 3. Tournament officials refers to the following: all Referees and Administrators, any Tournament Directors and Playtonia Commissioner.
5.4 Penalties: 1. Violations of any of the additional rules may result in a forfeit of the current match and/or all future matches in the tournament (disqualified) e.g., if a violates any of the rules in this document, it may result in a forfeit of the then current match and/or all future matches in the tournament. 2. Tournament officials may issue a foul, technical foul, or disqualify a Player for acts of misconduct not listed in the conduct rules to preserve fair play and sportsmanship in Playtonia management s sole discretion. 6.0 Legal Matters 1. Match fixing is defined as an attempt to arrange or influence, in advance, the outcome of a match, or events within the match, usually for the purpose of making money, often from betting. Participants, directly or indirectly, are not allowed to accept from, or offer to, any person or entity (whether they are participants or otherwise) any bribes/gifts/rewards of any nature in relation to seeking to influence the outcome, result of, conduct of, a match or the competition. Participants are under a strict obligation to immediately report to a tournament official any approach, or any offer of a bribe/gift/ reward made to them, or any other participant, related to seeking to influence the outcome, result, or conduct of a match or the competition. 2. Players shall act in a professional manner at all times at the site of each match, at the Playtonia Reserved official hotel and shall refrain from acting in a vulgar, abusive, or offensive manner or engaging in any illegal activity.
3. Player Agreements: Each Players remain subject to all of the terms and conditions contained in the Player Agreement, and any conflict between these rules and regulations and the Player Agreement shall be resolved in favor of the Player Agreement (unless expressly stated otherwise in the Player Agreement). 4. Spirit of the Rules. Finality of all decisions regarding the interpretation of these rules, Player eligibility, scheduling and staging for the tournament and related events, and penalties for misconduct, lie solely with Playtonia management, the decisions of which are final.
