NORTHWEST PACIFIC William Cloran Portland ISC Portland, Ore. Bill has been involved with U.S. Figure Skating since the early 1990 s when he joined the Lloyd Center ISC, (now the SC of Oregon) as an adult skater. He served on the club s board from 1998-02. In 2002 he joined the Portland ISC and served on its board and as president from 2004-07. William has also been involved with the local interclub council, Oregon Skating Council, serving as its president from 2007-09. He served as chair or co-chair of several competitions including Local Organizing Committee (LOC) chair for the 2005 State Farm U.S. Figure Skating Championships. He has served as an at-large member on the U.S. Figure Skating Board of Directors as well as the chair of the Ethics Committee and a member on several other committees. Bill continues to serve the organization as a silver singles/pairs judge and a bronze ice dancing judge. Melissa Kent Portland ISC Bend, Ore. Melissa has been a U.S. Figure Skating judge for over 25 years. In addition to judging, she has achieved the gold level in figures and freestyle and pre-gold in ice dancing. During her time with U.S. Figure Skating, she has also served on several committees as a member, regional vice chair and sectional vice chair. She has lived and judged in four different regions North Atlantic, New England, Central Pacific and currently Northwest Pacific. Melissa s current appointment is a national singles/pairs judge. With this appointment, she has judged seven regional championships, five sectional championships, two U.S. Junior Championships and three U.S. Championships. Juli Mckinstry Hosking Individual Member Scottsburg, Ore. Juli is a competitor turned performer turned skating coach. She is the 1970 Junior Ladies Champion, the 1973 Senior Ladies bronze medalist and the 1974 Senior Ladies silver medalist. She also competed internationally including being part of Team USA at the 1973 World Figure Skating Championships. She performed with the IceFollies from 1975-77 before becoming a coach. She is master rated in figures, freestyle and moves in the field. Carol Nugent Individual Member Port Ludlow, Wash. Carol s interest in skating began as a child growing up in New England. After high school, she stopped skating to pursue a degree in radiology technology, but returned to skating in the late 1970 s. As a member of the Old York Road SC, she served as club secretary and began judging. She now holds appointments as a silver singles/pairs test judge and gold ice dancing and moves-in-the-field test judge. After moving to the Wissahickon SC, she was heavily involved in club activities including playing music and announcing for the club s competitions and annual carnival. Carol is currently the national vice chair (NVC) for announcers on the Competitions Committee and holds a national appointment as a music coordinator and announcer. She was selected as an announcer for the 2002 Olympic Winter Games and chief announcer for the 2003 World Championships. Most recently she was part of the announce team for the 2012 U.S. Figure Skating Championships and the 2012 Four Continents Championships. Carol has served as a Pacific Coast individual member delegate for the past seven years, however, is not in attendance this year due to the expense.

NORTHWEST PACIFIC Jeff Wolf Seattle SC Seattle, Wash. Jeff is a former skater earning his gold medal in figures and freestyle in 1983. Several years later, he completed his silver ice dancing tests. He has served as a singles and pairs judge for approximately 25 years and has officiated at four U.S. Championships. In addition to judging, he has been selected as a team leader for several junior and senior competitions. Wolf has served as an at-large member of the Board of Directors of U.S. Figure Skating and a regional vice chair of the judges and competitions committee. In his professional life, Jeff is an attorney, which proved to be beneficial when he served on the Grievance Committee and participated in two disciplinary panels.

Anthony Bardin Los Angeles FSC Los Angeles, Calif. Anthony has been a member of U.S. Figure Skating for 40 years, 36 of which he has been a home club member of Los Angeles FSC. He is a gold test medalist in figures, freestyle and ice dancing. Anthony is also a former competitor in singles and ice dancing and is a regional, sectional, national and international competitor and medalist. He currently serves as a gold test judge in all disciplines and a national singles/pairs competition judge and a national ice dancing competition judge. Carbondale, Colo. Karen Dillon Los Angeles FSC Los Angeles, Calif. Karen is a former singles and ice dancing competitor. She competed as a senior ice dancer and novice singles skater and has tested through her international ice dances and junior freestyle. She has participated in many competitions and shows throughout the Midwest and Pacific Coast sections. Karen has been active in the Los Angeles FSC having served as vice president and on the Board of Directors. She was also the vice president for the Southern California Interclub Association. Karen is a gold test judge and has served on several U.S. Figure Skating committees including Sanctions & Eligibility, Ethics and Grievance. Dawn Eyerly Los Angeles FSC Los Angeles, Calif. Dawn has served U.S. Figure Skating in many capacities over the last 30 years, both at the local and national level. She was a national and international competitor, and for the last 16 years, she has remained active in the judging community as a judge, specialist and controller. Dawn has served on many U.S. Figure Skating committees including the International Committee, IJOC, Competitions, Singles, Pairs, Grievance, Ethics, Collegiate and Judges and most recently served as the chair of the Judges Committee from 2008-11. She has served on the board of directors of her club and is a fixture at local competitions, critiques and other events. Julie Anne Keen Los Angeles FSC Villa Park, Calif. Julie Anne comes from a skating family, having been involved in the sport since her childhood. Additionally, her son Jonathan is a former national competitor in singles and pairs and her mother was a skater in her youth. She has been a member of the U.S. Figure Skating Sports Medicine Society and has been the medical oversight for many qualifying and nonqualifying competitions. Julie was on the medical committee for the 2002 U.S. Figure Skating Championships and assisted with writing the medical protocols. She also served as the chair of the Doping Committee for the 2010 World Figure Skating Championships and was a doping chaperone for 2011 Skate America. She is a gold test judge with a sectional competition appointment and has judged at regionals, sectionals, Junior Championships and Adult Championships.

Jerome Jere Michael Los Angeles FSC Redondo Beach, Calif. Jere began skating at age eight in Aspen, Colo., and is a U.S. Junior Men s champion and World Junior bronze medalist. After his competitive career, Jere attended the University of Delaware and became interested in restaurant operations. However, his love of skating continued and he gravitated back to the rink, initially as a spin coach at the University of Delaware FSC. He has since moved his coaching practice to the East West Ice Palace on the Pacific Coast in Artesia, Calif. He has established a large clientele and successfully coached two national novice medalists and two U.S. Figure Skating Junior Championship medalists. Denise Moore Los Angeles FSC Burbank, Calif. Skating has always been an important part of Denise s life. She has achieved three gold test medals (ice dancing, moves in the field and freestyle) and competed in singles and ice dancing. As an adult skater, she has competed in singles, ice dancing and synchronized skating. Denise is a Professional Skater s Association master-rated coach and is Category-A compliant. She currently serves U.S. Figure Skating as a technical specialist and a Tests Committee member. She is a member of Los Angeles FSC and serves on the club s Board of Directors. Don Rabbitt Glacier Falls FSC Yorba Linda, Calif. Don has been a member of the Glacier Falls FSC since 2000. He has served as the president and test chair of the club, and is currently on the Board of Directors. He is past-chairman of the Southern California Interclub Association of Figure Skating Clubs and has also served as chair of a regional championship, a collegiate championship and an International Skating Union (ISU) Junior Grand Prix event. He enjoys giving back to the sport and, as such, is a national music coordinator and sectional announcer. Lexi Rohner All Year FSC Oak Park, Calif. Lexi has been involved in skating for over 30 years, 14 of which were in competitive skating. She served as sectional vice chair (SVC) from 2002-08 and chair of the Adult Skating Committee from 2008-11. She also serves on several other committees and currently sits as SVC on the Membership Committee. In addition to her committee work, Lexi is also a sectional announcer. On a club level she manages her club s website and social media, is editor of the club newsletter, and has been a Local Organizing Committee (LOC) chair and registrar. Lexi has been a longtime regular contributor to SKATING Magazine and icenetwork.com and spoke about Therapeutic Skating at the 2011 Professional Skater s Association conference.

Newark, Del. Barbara Roles Williams Los Angeles FSC Las Vegas, N.V. Barbara has been involved in skating since 1949. She was a competitive skater in singles and ice dancing, having been a ladies champion at the novice, junior and senior levels. She is also a national medalist in junior ice dancing. Her greatest achievement was representing the U.S. in the World Championships and the Olympic Winter Games where she won the bronze medal. Barbara has since been coaching and has proudly had many skaters in international events as well as the World Championships and Olympic Winter Games. Stefanie Schmid Mathewson All Year FSC Northridge, Calif. Stefanie is a former Swiss champion and competed internationally from 1985-91, including the 1988 Olympic Winter Games in Canada. In 1998 she received her first judging appointment with U.S. Figure Skating and is currently a national singles/pairs judge and referee, a national technical specialist and controller (singles) and a national data and video operator. She has worked 11 regional, eight sectional, three U.S. Junior Championships and two U.S. Figure Skating Championships. Stefanie is a current member of the Referee Education and Training Subcommittee and has served on the Judges Committee and the Competitions Committee. She has been on the All Year FSC Board of Directors since 2008 and is currently serving as its secretary and editor of the club newsletter. Away from the ice Stefanie is an elementary school teacher and has two children, ages eight and 12. Dorian Shields Valles Glacier Falls FSC, Inc. Carlsbad, Calif. Dorian is a U.S. novice ladies champion and has also passed her junior pair and gold figure and freestyle tests. She is a national singles technical specialist and Professional Skater s Association (PSA) master-rated coach. She is a PSA Ratings Examiner and has served on several PSA committees in addition to serving as co-chair of the PSA International Conference in 1991. Dorian has over 35 years of coaching experience at all levels and has been a faculty member and presenter for several judging schools and coaching seminars in Southern California. She also participated as a coaching expert in the UCLA/California State University at Fullerton Project on Elite Figure Skaters. Morry Stillwell Escondido FSC Fallbrook, Calif. Morry received his first judging appointment in 1951 and continues to be an active judge and referee. He has served as assistant team leader for the World Junior Championships and the World Championships, respectively and was team leader for the 1992 Olympic Winter Games in Albertville, France. Morry has served on 11 committees for U.S. Figure Skating and is currently the sectional vice chair on the Theatrical Skating Committee. He is a past president of U.S. Figure Skating and has also served as the chair of the International Skating Union (ISU) Grand Prix Management Committee. Morry is married to Elda Stillwell, who is also active in skating as a national accountant.

Bruce Weinberg Individual Member Beverly Hills, Calif. Bruce began skating while a freshman at the University of Pennsylvania. He has tested in figures, freestyle and ice dancing and was a member of the Brandywine Royales, an adult synchronized skating team. Prior to becoming an individual member of U.S. Figure Skating, Bruce served as treasurer of the SC of San Francisco as well as the Central California Interclub Association. He is a Judge Emeritus and a current member of the Grievance Committee, a position he has held for seven years. He previously served on the Memorial Fund Committee and has been a delegate to Governing Council many times. In addition to skating, Bruce maintains a psychotherapy practice and volunteers as a Senior Responder for the Crisis Response Team of the City of Los Angeles. Noelle Wheeler Orange County FSC Aliso Viejo, Calif. Noelle and her family have been actively involved in skating for over a decade. Daughters Serena and Riana are both skaters and Nicole is an adult skater. She has been on the Board of Directors of the Orange County FSC since 2008. Nicole is a business owner and serves as the treasurer of the Canyon View Estates Community Association. Charlene Wong All Year FSC Hermosa Beach, Calif. Charlene grew up skating in Canada where she was a five-time Canadian medalist, three-time World competitor and 1988 Olympian. In addition to skating, Charlene served as a singles and pairs judge. In 1991 she moved to the United States to pursue a professional skating career alongside coaching. In addition to being a solo performer in Torvill and Dean s Face the Music World Tour, she has consistently coached skaters at the national, Grand Prix and World levels, having led Mirai Nagasu to her national titles in 2007 and 2008. Annaleigh Yahata Glacier Falls FSC, Inc. Yorba Linda, Calif. Annaleigh is a current member of the U.S. Figure Skating DREAM program. She is a former team captain of both California Gold and ICE Kateers synchronized skating teams and currently serves as an athlete member of the Synchronized Skating Committee. In addition to synchronized skating, Annaleigh has also competed as a junior lady. Annaleigh currently attends the University of California, Berkeley where she is a member of the Cal Figure Skating Team and Thrive, the UC Berkeley contemporary dance company. Gordon Zaft Tucson FSC Chandler, Ariz. Gordon began skating in 2003 and joined U.S. Figure Skating in 2004. He competes three-four times a year, including Pacific Coast Adult Sectionals. In addition to freestyle skating he has been studying figures, competing in two figures competitions and recently began group lessons in ice dancing. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Tucson FSC since 2010 and is a frequent volunteer, having assisted with ice monitoring, registering competitors and announcing. Off the ice, Gordon has served as a volunteer for several organizations including chair of the City of Tucson Citizens Transportation Advisory Committee and member of the Board of Directors of the Oregon Chorale.
