However, no person has come forward saying that they are willing to step into the President s position. Those members who were present at tonight s meeting and at April s meeting said that Sundays worked better for them Travel Picnic The picnic went well. We judged well in terms of food and beverage. Kids seemed to have a great time Ticket Raffle We need to put in the application for the raffle The thicker tickets cost about a third so we ll get the cheaper-costing tickets We need to pay for the envelopes and labels June 2014 Meeting Minutes: RTSA Page 2 of 5
Golf Outing We are still waiting for the Golf Outing numbers- need totals Banner Fundraiser For Norway Field Possible ideas: 1 large banner w/ advertisements (1 main sponsor, surrounded by small spots for other sponsors) Full banner ($300) and half banner ($150) Clothing to Order We need coaches shirts. We need to allocate money to purchase them for the fall Recreation Jerseys: Order the same jerseys as long as they are the same cost Medical Kits Have been checked and all have been restocked President s Report (President@rtsa.org) Jill Wilson Gearing up for the Fall Season As of August 1 st, field time is open if anyone wants to get their teams together Travel Director s Report (TravelDirector@rtsa.org) Rick Suntag Get your game reports in from Spring Coaches any team that is Flight 1 and want to play in MAPS or JAGS, let me know GotSoccer you can start updating your rosters now U8 Coaches we need names for your teams U10 & under games, find someone to be ref 2 nd Ref if the assigned Ref doesn t show up U11 & above, there should be an emergency assignor #. Refs have 30 minutes to show up. U11 & older, don t play the game. Scores won t even count If assignor on the phone agrees to a parent Reffing, the it is ok If you have a midweek or Saturday game, email me if you haven t gotten your Ref assignment email. Sunday games are usually no concern. Golf Outing Committee Dave Wilson Approximately $4,300 was raised 20 less golfers this year Next year the outing will be the Friday before Mother s Day. NEED HELP!
