First of all, the board and I would like to thank all of you who took time out of your busy schedules to vote in our Lodge Officer elections. We appreciate your participation and support. I also want to thank Rick Sanderson and the outgoing board members for their excellent service to the Lodge. In addition, I would like to welcome our new board members. I look forward to working with all of you. It is an honor to be elected Governor of our Lodge and I commit to you that I will do all I can to enhance your experience at the Lodge. If you see me around the Social Quarters and you have any thoughts or ideas on how we can improve our lodge, please feel free to share your ideas with me. My first official duty as Governor is to fill the Lodge committees with chairman. I already have some ideas, but if you are interested in more involvement with the lodge, please let me know. Our new Senior Regent Debbie Duberstein and I have been exchanging ideas on how we can work together to improve our lodge functions. I look forward to working with the WOTM towards that end result. As always, please come in and support your lodge. NEWS FROM YOUR SENIOR REGENT As May begins, we enter upon a new fiscal year for the WOTM. With each new chapter year brings a new Board of Officers. The 2014-2015 Board of Officers are listed below. Please be sure to congratulate them on their new positions and thank them for their service. Just as a reminder, the WOTM meet every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month at 7:30pm in the North Hall. As the new Senior Regent, Debbie Duberstein will be looking for help filling positions and getting extra hands to help with the many new projects that will be coming up. Please offer her as much support as you can. As my reign as Senior Regent comes to a close I would like to thank the many people who have made this Chapter year such a success. First I would like to thank our Board of Officers. I think we had a great group of women that worked well together to get a lot accomplished. I would also like to thank our Chairmen who entertained us on activity nights and provided some great donations to some great charities through their fundraising efforts. I would also like to thank the many women who showed up often to our meetings and other events, offered their time and talents in the spirit of volunteerism to make our kids parties, family picnic, and other activities run smoothly. It takes many hands to do the work that is the LOOM and the WOTM. As we all know all of this effort benefits Mooseheart, Moosehaven, and Moose Charities. After all that is why we are all here! With that I say it's been a pleasure to serve you and I look forward to another successful year for the WOTM. 5 Fraternally yours, Mary K.
