NO SCHOOLING IN RINGS. Schooling fences will be provided. 2. The committee reserves the right to cancel any classes in which there are less than three entries or to combine then suitably. 3. The Committee reserves the right to change the order of classes and to cancel classes in case of darkness, inclement weather, or in the interest of time. 4. No person will be allowed in the show rings during the time of judging except those having duties to perform. 5. The Salisbury Show and the WEC Spring Show, the owners of the grounds, CESHS, and MHSA will not be responsible for any injury or injuries to any persons, horse, or property incurred. 6. Anyone creating a disturbance will be removed from the grounds. 7. Should any question or dispute arise that is not provided for in these rules, the same shall be referred to the show steward, whose decision shall be final. 8. Post entries will be taken up to the beginning of the class. 9. Junior riders in Pony and Junior classes not to have reached their 18 th birthday prior to December 1, 2017. 10. $25.00 fee charges for returned checks. No venders without permission. 11. Every class offered herein which is covered by the Rules and Specifications of the current MHSA & CESHS rule books will be conducted and judged in accordance there with. 12. Every horse on the grounds must present an up to date coggins, fill out and entry form, grounds fees will be charged. 13. Golf carts and power scooters must be operated by persons 16 years of age or older.
***** FRIDAY EVENING SCHOOLING ***** In an effort to reduce traffic, chaos, and safety concerns the morning of the show; rings may be available for schooling the Friday night before the show for a fee of $20.00 per horse. To ride in rings horses must be pre entered in the Saturday and/or Sunday show. Weather permitting! If available, rings will be open from 4:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. only. Weather conditions and course preparedness will determine if the rings are available.
