TOURNAMENT OPPORTUNITIES San Diego, Orange County and Northern California based junior golf tour for kids ages 4-15 who are learning how to play competitive golf. We play 9 and 18- Hole events throughout San Diego County on Weekends. The events are open to all juniors in this age bracket. We have competitive players to beginner/intermediate players that compete. It is a fun, learning environment. Caddies and spectators are welcome. Video about these events Started in 2007 in San Diego County has now spread up and down the coast of California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, and new states in 2013! We will host the inaugural FCG Pacific Northwest Championship at Chambers Bay - Host site of the 2015 US Open and the 2010 Us Amateur. The FCG National Tour hosts events all year long but we separate into 3 series of events. The spring series operates January through May, there are only a few summer series events as we are busy hosting 3 of our World Series events. The Fall Series runs August through December. Each series features a Player of the Series point system and a double points Tour Championship for the final event of the series. These events are open to all junior golfers age 9-18 who are working on their golf game. *Fields need at least 40 boys (15-18) or 12 girls (15-18) in order to receive PBE status. Additionally for events where the Champion earns 4 Performance Stars, if the tournament field has at least 55 boys (15-18) or 18 girls (15-18) we will recognize the top 10% of the field with 1 performance star. 18 and 36- Hole Events - Competitive Events with Great Exposure to College Coaches - Build Your Tournament Resume - Get Experience - Fun! Our World Series events which started in 2008 have quickly become the premier series of events in junior golf for players age 5-18. We will be expanding this series internationally. Our World Series events feature the San Diego Junior Amateur, FCG Western States Cup, FCG Texas Championship, FCG Vegas Championship, San Diego International, FCG World Championship, Memorial Day Championship, LA County Championship, Santa Barbara Championship and the Challenge Cup. All of these events feature hundreds of junior golfers ranging in skill from the best in the world to players gaining experience in higher level competition. We pair players by recent tournament history. The World Series events are #1 Series of Events in Junior Golf, Fun for the Whole Family, first class tournament operations, and exemptions to other major events. Video about these events In 2012 we started to host Collegiate Events. These 54- Hole events are held during Winter Break and Summer and are all 54- Hole World Amateur Ranked Events. The 2013 FCG Collegiate Golf Championship will be played at the amazing PGA West Stadium Course on July 17-19, 2013. FCG TOUR - HARD CARD CONDITIONS OF COMPETITION: GOLF BALLS: It is a condition of the competition that players must use a brand of ball on the current USGA List of Conforming Golf Balls. 1. Penalty for breach of this condition is disqualification. 2. The one ball rule is NOT in effect. DRIVER: It is a condition of the competition that any driver the player carries must have a club head identified by model and loft that is named on the current USGA List of Conforming Driver Heads. 1. Penalty for carrying a non-conforming club is two strokes per hole for a maximum of four strokes per round. In match play, the state of the match is adjusted by deducting one hole for each hole at which a breach occurred; maximum deduction per round is two holes. 2. Penalty for using a non-conforming club is disqualification. DISCONTINUANCE OF PLAY: Optimal condition as prescribed an Appendix I is in effect. Reference Rule 6-8, 6-8b and its note. 1. Suspension for a dangerous situation: One long prolonged siren or airhorn note. 2. All other types of suspensions (i.e. for darkness): Three consecutive airhorn notes. 3. Resumption of play: Two airhorn notes. 4. When play has been suspended for a dangerous situation, all practice facilities are deemed to be closed until declared open by the Committee. PRACTICE BETWEEN HOLES: Practice between holes is NOT authorized in stroke play competitions. Reference Rule 7-2 and note 2. CADDIES/GOLF CARS: Except when permitted by Future Champions Golf, players are prohibited from using caddies or golf cars without prior medical approval. Players are responsible for carrying their own bag during the competitive round. In stroke play, penalty for breach of this rule is two strokes per hole, maximum of four strokes per round. In stroke play, use of any unauthorized caddie or golf car shall be discontinued immediately upon discovering that a breach has occurred. Otherwise, the player shall be disqualified. TRANSPORTATION: Optional Condition as prescribed in Appendix I is in effect. Exception: a player may ride in designated shuttles, and may accept transportation from a Rules Official. SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Only Soft-Spike Golf Shoes will be permitted during the round, breach of this rule will be disqualification. RESULTS OF COMPETITION: In stroke play, competitions are deemed to have closed when all scores have been approved by the Committee or a winner has been announced. LOCAL RULES DISTANCE MEASURING DEVICES: Distance Measuring Devices, that measure or gauge distance only (no slope measurement) are permitted in accordance with Decision 14-3/0.5. EMBEDDED BALL THROUGH THE GREEN: Local Rule as prescribed in Appendix I is in effect. a) Through the green, a ball that is embedded in its own pitch-mark in the ground, except sand, may be lifted, without penalty, cleaned and dropped as near as possible to where it lay but not nearer the hole. WOOD CHIPS AND MULCH: Wood chips and mulch are loose impediments (unless otherwise provided in the Notice to Competitors). STONES IN BUNKERS: Stones in bunkers are deemed to be movable obstructions. OUT OF BOUNDS: 1. Out of bounds is defined by the inside edge of white stakes and/or property fence posts at ground level. When defined by a white line, the line itself is out of bounds. 2. The inside edge of a paved road or curb defines out of bounds. A ball that is on or beyond the road or curb is out of bounds, even though it may lie on another part of the golf course. WATER AND LATERAL WATER HAZARD STAKES AND LINES: When a water hazard or a lateral water hazard is defined on only one side, it is deemed to extend to infinity. When a water hazard or lateral water hazard is bounded by out of bounds, the hazard margin extends to and coincides with the out of bounds line. ROADS AND PATHS: Curbing and artificial materials bordering cart paths are considered part of the obstruction. White-lined areas tying into roads (not defining out of bounds) and paths are part of the obstruction.

GROUND UNDER REPAIR: Ground under repair is defined by white lines. Other areas of ground under repair, even when not marked, include: 1. French drains, which are trenches filled with rocks or stones. 2. Fire ant beds or other animal burrowing mounds (Note: For a player whose ball is in a water hazard and is affected by a fire ant bed or mound, see Decision 1-4/10). SOD SEAMS: Except in a hazard, sod seams (not the sod itself) are deemed to be ground under repair, and relief is available under Rule 25-1 if the ball lies in or touches a sod seam or the sod seam interferes with the area of intended swing. All seams within the sodded area are considered the same seam. INTEGRAL PART OF THE COURSE: Integral parts of the course are areas on the course from which relief is not granted. Integral parts of the golf course include (unless otherwise provided in the Notice to Competitors): 1. Cables, rods, wires or wrappings when closely attached to trees. 2. Artificial walls and pilings when located in hazards.

FCG TOUR - CODE OF CONDUCT Unsportsmanlike conduct, including abusive language, cheating, club throwing, disrespect to volunteers, officials or fellow competitors, or abuse of golf course property Not adhering to the dress code at the host golf course Use or association with drugs, alcohol, or smoking or chewing tobacco products Vandalism at the host hotel, abusive behavior to host family or property Conduct not becoming of an FCG Tour player, such as acting in anger or creating other distractions Failure to treat host golf course with respect by ignoring the responsibility of caring for the course, filling divots and fixing ball marks Physical abuse, threat of physical abuse, verbal abuse, slander or libel towards other players, parents, coaches, sponsors, host golf course staff or members, FCG Tour staff or volunteers in any medium FCG DRESS CODE REQUIRED DRESS AT THE GOLF COURSE: Hats/visors must be worn with brim forward, males must remove hat/visor while indoors Collared shirts or mock turtlenecks (host golf course permitting) must be worn and tucked in at all times Women s fashion shirts without a collar must have sleeves Women s fashion shirts must not rise above the belt line at anytime during the golf swing Women s shorts, skorts and skirts must be no more than 5 above the knee OR the inseam of the shorts must measure at least 5 PROHIBITED DRESS AT THE GOLF COURSE: Tank tops, T- shirts Denim shorts, short- shorts, cut- off shorts, gym shorts, jeans Earrings (males) Body piercings Tattoos (must be covered) Attention Parents! Any parent or spectator that interferes with play of an FCG Tour event that our staff feels is inappropriate will be asked to leave the golf course immediately.

Here are some policies in place for you to follow: Parents/spectators CAN do the following: Walk on the cart path and watch your child play golf Carry an umbrella, food, drink, medicine, etc... for your child. If the competitor needs any of the following these can be obtained BETWEEN play of holes, not during play. Forecaddie and help your child and other players search for a golf ball The following actions are UNACCEPTABLE from a parent/spectator: Verbally abusing or belittling players for any reason Yelling and/or cursing at players/officials/golf course staff Hand signals/gestures (These are considered advice!) Interfering with players/officials/golf course staff while in the scoring area Giving rulings to juniors on the golf course (too often the information is incorrect) Interfering with any player s opportunity to compete fairly and fun while playing the game of golf

Ready Golf to be played at all times! FCG TOUR PACE OF PLAY POLICY 1st and 2nd Player to Hole Out in Each Group Must go To the Next Tee and Tee Off. Rules Officials and Marshals will have Red and Green Cards and Will Notify Players throughout the round if they are in Good Position or Behind. If your group arrives to the next tee and you don't see the group in front of you on the hole your group and your pace is slow you will be deemed to be behind.. Walking with Purpose - All players to walk with intent to reach their ball When looking for a lost ball - Spectators should assist player looking for ball and other players should continue to play their shots. It is every player responsibility to protect the field. If there is an issue where the score keeper has knowingly signed for the wrong score for a player without correcting the mistake at the scorers table both players will be subject to disqualification and suspension from the next FCG event. Multiple scoring issues with players or score keepers will not be tolerated.

We started our tournament program at the end of 2007 and have quickly developed one of the World's Premier Junior Golf Tournament Programs. Our FCG World Series Events are what set us apart from other Tours and we now have 9 of these events played by juniors from around the World. In 2013 over 2300 juniors from 32 countries played in our WORLD SERIES events. Since 2007 we have also host the FCG National Tour Series which features events in multiple Western US States on weekends. Our FCG Kids Tour program is our longest running program and is for beginner and intermediate players to learn how to play in tournaments and get the necessary experience and confidence to become a tournament player! How do you differ from other Tours? Most people will say we are the Friendliest Tour around and that is because our Tournaments are built to help junior golfers. Do I need to be a Member to play in a FCG Tournament? No you do not need to be a member to play in one of our events but members do receive many benefits including lower entry fees on all events. Do I need to qualify to play in your World Series events? No you do not currently need to qualify to play in our World Series Events. These are open first come first serve and many of the events do fill up. Do you have a Points System for Player of the Year? YES! Our World Series Events have a point system for each age division and these events run from December - July. The National Tour events run from January through May for our Spring Series. We have a Summer Series and a Fall Series too! How can I play in one of the FCG Invitational Events? The FCG Invitationals are new to the schedule for 2012 and 2013 and will include a Boys Invitational a Girls Invitational and a Tournament of Champions. You must qualify to play in these events by playing well in our other events. If you are new to FCG and feel your game deserves a chance to compete in our Invitationals than please email us a tournament resume and our committee will determine if you can join the event. Can I play up in an Older Division? You may play up in an older division if you wish. Simply select which division you want to play in when you register for an event. Which tournaments are qualifiers for the Callaway Junior World? 4 of our majors are now qualifiers for the Callaway Junior World Championship with the winner of each division earning a spot in their championship. SD Junior AM FCG Texas FCG Vegas FCG International We do not run/ host the Callaway Junior World Championship but because of our success developing large junior golf championships, Junior World gives us these exemptions to award our champions. How do I cancel/ withdraw from an event? Send an email to info@futurechampionsgolf.com to cancel from any FCG Tour Event. Most of our events have a 7 day cancellation policy where if you cancel within 7 days of the event no refund will be given because costs for you to play have already been paid to the golf courses. If you cancel outside of 7 days you will receive a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. Our Mini-Tour cancellation policy is 3 days and a $10 cancellation fee. Our WORLD SERIES EVENTS and OUR INVITATIONAL EVENTS HAVE a 14-Day Cancellation Policy. What is your FCG Weather Policy? Only extreme weather related conditions will delay or suspend play, including but not limited to the safety of the player or the condition of the golf course. Every attempt will be made to complete the Tournament in its Entirety. Should inclement weather delay and/or postpone the first round of play, 36 or 54 holes may be completed on any part of day one and resume and/or conclude on day two. Discontinuation and resumption of play will be handled under USGA Rule 6-8. If play is delayed on day one, all players should remain on property of the host facility. Every effort will be made to resume play on day one. When play is deemed capable, and if play has not commenced, a shotgun format can be utilized. If play has commenced, competitors on the golf course will return to the spot that they left when play was stopped. Groups that have not commenced can be placed on the golf course in a reverse shotgun format starting with hole 18 and progressing backwards through the back nine. Players will be given an appropriate amount of time to prepare for play to begin. If All holes cannot be completed, at least 18 holes will be counted to determine the outcome. There are no refunds if weather should shorten the event.
