Page 3 Aaron Baddeley International Junior Championship CONDITIONS OF ENTRY October 19 th - 20 th 2013 1. THE EVENT: The Aaron Baddeley International Junior Championship is played over 36 holes stroke play: 2. CHAMPIONSHIP COMMITTEE: The Championship Committee shall have the sole management and control of the Championship with full power at any time, to alter or vary any of the conditions. 3. ENTRIES: Entries close 5.00 pm October 4 th 2013 and limited to 90 players with the lowest handicap. 4. ENTRY FEES: An entry fee of $55.00 must be attached to the entry form by cheque, money order or proof of a bank transfer. BSB: 083-231 Acc.#: 02-692-8720 payable to Cologne Pacific ABIJC. Please indicate the players name on the bank transfer information. 5. AGE REQUIREMENT: Entrants must be under 19 years* of age as at November 21 st 2013. 6. RULES: The Rules of Golf as adopted by the Royal and Ancient for all ABIJC events. 7. BALL: Competitors must use a ball which is named in the current R & A and / or USGA approved lists. 8. MOTORISED TRANSPORT: Competitors may not travel in or on any motorized vehicle unless specific written permission has been granted by the Championship Committee. 9. BAD WEATHER: The Championship Committee may in the event of bad weather or for any other reason either shorten tournament or appoint another day or days for completion of the event. 10. DRAW AND STARTING TIME: A draw will be made by the Championship Committee. The Committee has the power to amend the draw or substitute another player for any competitor who is not at the first tee at the time appointed to play. It may also alter the starting time for any player. 11. CADDIES: The tournament asks all players to have a caddie for the event but this is not mandatory. 12. TROPHIES: Winner and Runner up: > Boys and Girls 18 years > Boys and Girls 17 years > Boys and Girls 16 years > Boys and Girls 15 years 13. INTERNATIONAL TOURNAMENT: The leading 4 boys and the leading 2 girls from the Australian Final will be offered a position in the Australia Team in the Aaron Baddeley International Junior Championship to be held in China. In the event of players in these categories not being available, players with the next best scores will be offered the position. 14. SPECIAL EXEMPTIONS: The Championship Committee may add any player to the field where a special exemption is considered appropriate. 15. CITIZENSHIP: All players that qualify at the Australian Championship to play in International Championship in China must be an Australian citizen or a permanent resident holding permanent visa status to be eligible to represent Australia and be part of Team Australia. A copy of your permanent visa status will be required. However, this does not exclude any player from entering the International Championship. 16. ENTRY FORM AND CONDITIONS: These conditions form part of the entry form. 17. PASSPORTS: All players as described in condition 15 must have or be prepared to obtain a passport and visa. 18. DISTANCE MEASURING DEVICES: Compliant GPS measuring devices are permitted.

Page 5 Transportation from Melbourne Airport to Heritage GCC. Bus transportation from the airport to the Heritage Golf & Country Club will be arranged with all the states to coincide with arrival time Transportation from Heritage GCC to Melbourne Airport. Bus transportation to airport will leave at pre-arranged times for Sunday night departures between 3.45pm 4.00pm. Return bus ticket from Melbourne Airport to Heritage GCC is a total of $36.00. Bus travel time is 1 hour. Please Note: *Parents and Players. The six leading players (4 boys and 2 girls) that make up the Australian Team that will travel to China for the 2013 Aaron Baddeley International Junior Championship will receive: 1. A return air ticket from Melbourne or Sydney to Guangzhou. 2. Fifty percent off the accommodation and meals package. 3. Free entry fee. 4. All transfers to Lion Lake Hotel. 5. All off course activities. What Australian Team players need to pay: 1. Australian tax on air tickets. 2. Fifty percent of accommodation and meals package. 3. Travel expenses to Melbourne or Sydney airport. Additional Players wishing to play in China. Players that do not qualify for the Australian Team and wish to play in China can join us and will travel with the Australian Team and team manager at the normal tournament rate.
