TELEMARK PERFORMANCE RIDER This performance rider details the essential production requirements for TELEMARK s upcoming show. No changes or modifications to this rider are acceptable unless mutually agreed to between the PROMOTER and TELEMARK s management. This rider lists ONLY the requirements for TELEMARK and does not include requirements for any other performer. This rider is an attachment to the performance contract between the PROMOTER and TELEMARK s management agency. A breach of this rider is a breach of the performance contract. If you are unable to comply with any of the requirements in this rider, contact Elliott Björn Hedén (+46 709 901394 hedenaudio@gmail.com), TELEMARK s tour manager, to work out an amicable solution. The promoter agrees to provide the following technical equipment at its own expense: STAGE These are the minimum requirements for the stage: STAGE: DURATION: 8 meters width (24 feet) x 6 meters depth (18 feet) x 1 meter height (3 feet) 4.50 meters clearance (13.5 feet). Stage must be flat, clean & dry. Room for 2 platform/drum risers (8 x 8 feet each/ 18 high) (we supply) 24 (twenty four) 16oz plastic bottles of water 10 (ten) clean, pre-washed/lint free towels TELEMARK requires 2 hours for set-up, programming and sound check. Please arrange sound check time at least one week prior to performance. AUDIO WE TRAVEL WITH A FOH ENGINEER. PLEASE REACH OUT TO Björn hedenaudio@gmail.com (+46 70 9901394). TELEMARK is a 6 Piece Band of Vocals, Percussion, Guitars, Bass, Keyboards and Synths, and Backing Tracks. There are Strong Lows, Powerful Sub Bass, Big Mids, and Crisp Highs. For our show to portray all its sound and fury, TELEMARK requires a Professional Audio Rig that is well maintained and staffed. PA SYSTEM: FOH CONSOLE: FOH PA to be a Stereo 3 to 4 Way System capable of 110dB clean audio at the mix position. The Speaker Cabinets should be of reputable brand (EAW, Meyer, JBL, Adamson, etc), properly Amplified (Crown, QSC, Lab groups, etc), with Crossover Processing accessible and, if necessary, alterable by TELEMARK s FOH Audio Engineer. A ratio of 20W of Amp/Speaker Power to each person of Venue Capacity is expected. MINIMUM 40 channel desk with 4 to 8 Auxes. An outboard Effects Rack containing a Stereo 31 Band Graphic EQ, at least 10 (ten) channels of Gates or Gate/Compressors, a Multi Effect Unit (Yamaha, TC Electronic, Lexicon, etc), and a Digital Delay Unit (same brands) are required.

MONITOR: TELEMARK requests 9 (nine) Monitor Mixes: 2 Mixes of 4 to 6 floor Wedges (Wedges are along the downstage edge, quantity depends on width of stage) 1 Mix of 1 Drum Fill for Stage Right Keyboard Player 1 Drum Fill for Stage Left Drummer 3 x in-ear line (via own MON mix Stereo Side Fills Wedges to be bi-amped, Fills to be bi-amped or tri-amped, and all should be properly powered and crossed over. Each Wedge and Fill Mix to have a 31 Band Graphic EQ, and all processing should be accessible to TELEMARK s engineer if necessary. MONITOR CONSOLE: MONITOR CONSOLE ABSOLUTELY NEEDED. We require a MINIMUM 32x10 to allow for required mixes and minimal sharing of channels with opening acts. ASSISTANCE: A skilled sound-engineer with training on the desk must be available at all times. ANY SUBSTITUTIONS OR CHANGES TO TELEMARK s AUDIO REQUIREMENTS MUST BE ADVANCED, DISCUSSED AND APPROVED BY TELEMARK s FOH ENGINEER. TELEMARK STAGE PLOT

LIGHTING: PROMOTER shall provide a professional lighting. All trussing should be flown and safe-tied to OSHA standards. All dimming should be DMX. Conventional and Moving lights MUST be on separate DMX consoles. A sober English speaking LD with full knowledge of the venue and its lighting board must be available at all times. LIGHTING CONSOLE: Conventional Light: DMX console with a minimum of 24 preset faders and 12 programmable scenes per page. may not be switched off until either TELEMARK has vacated the premises or has given its explicit permission. The PROMOTER is responsible for any damages arising from non-compliance with this paragraph. There must be separate circuits for the sound and lighting system. Should the house electrical system not be sufficient, the PROMOTER must provide generators that can supply sufficient power and safety for the PA and lighting system to operate at full power. FIRE ALARMS: Please insure that the venue's fire-alarm system can handle high levels of fog or haze. TELEMARK will not take responsibility for fire alarms being triggered because of large quantities of fog or haze. MISCELLANEOUS SECURITY: VIDEO/ PHOTO: STAGEHANDS/ LOAD-IN/-OUT: MERCHANDISE: BACKSTAGE: Sufficient security guards must be provided by the promoter. Backstage x Stage (2) x FOH x Doors No commercial-grade video cameras are permitted in the building unless previously arranged with Tour Manager and Promoter. Consumer grade video cameras and all still photo cameras (DSLR and Point-and-Shoot) are permitted. Professional photographers will be required to wear a Photo Pass and sign a photo-release in order to shoot in the pit or any other non-public area of the venue. PROMOTER agrees to provide TELEMARK with 2 (TWO) stage-hands to assist with any and all of its needs. These stage-hands must be available from the moment TELEMARK arrives at the venue until the moment TELEMARK departs. The promoter (or a promoter s representative) must be available to TELEMARK at the venue as-of TELEMARK s arrival. There must also be a representative (or representatives) from the venue that is fully knowledgeable about the venue s electrical and PA-system. TELEMARK requests a high-traffic location with a minimum width of 9 feet for selling merchandise at the venue. The location should be supplied with adequate lighting, two tables, a merchandise rack or bar for hanging, two chairs and an electrical outlet. The PROMOTER must provide at least ONE (1) secure (locked) backstage room that is available for the exclusive use of TELEMARK (no other bands, technicians, local crew, etc.) This backstage area must be lockable and monitored by at least one security guard. If the promoter fails to provide adequate security for the band s personal belongings, the promoter will be 100% liable for the loss of any valuables that are stored in these backstage areas. Dressing room must have sufficient chairs or sofas to provide comfortable seating for 10 people. Room must also have WiFi, contain tables, two power sockets, a mirror (2 appreciated), a trash can and lights as well as a heating/air condition system and/or fans. Each room must also be thoroughly cleaned before TELEMARK arrival. Toilets must be clean and sanitary. Tissues/toilet-paper must be available at all times. DRESSING ROOMS MUST HAVE RELIABLE AND EASY TO ACCESS WI-FI! Promoter must provide 10 (ten) PRE-WASHED towels for the performance. Only people with specific All Areas backstage-passes shall be permitted to enter the dressing rooms or the stage. The promoter will provide sufficient security personnel to guarantee the safety of the band, crew and backline at all times during the production. TELEMARK will supply its own all-access passes. No one else will be allowed access to the dressing rooms without the permission of the Tour Manager.

CATERING To be provided and paid for by the PROMOTER at the venue, upon arrival: DRINKS: 24 bottles of Beer (NO light, diet, lemon, anything, just NORMAL beer) 6 bottles of local IPA Beer 1 bottle of quality RED wine (Amarone, Cabernet Sauvignon, pinot, Shiraz ) 1 large bottle of top shelf quality Vodka (Stoli, Finlandia, Subrowka, Absolut) 1 large bottle of Jack Daniels Whiskey 1 large bottle of Rum (Sailor Jerry s, Captain Morgan Spiced) 12 cans of regular Coca Cola 12 cans of Sprite / 12 cans of Fanta 1 crate of pure juices (NO multivitamin) 16 cans of Sugar Free Red Bull 24 30cl plastic bottles of ROOM TEMPERATURE still water (non-sparkling) Ice for drinks at all times, please refresh ice throughout the day TELEMARK will be able to choose to bring these with them after show. All hard alcohol should be distributed to tour manager or Björn Hedén. DINNER: 6 hot meals delivered to the venue no later than 1 hour before doors open, or immediately following TELEMARK s performance. NO PIZZA OR JUNK FOOD! IMPORTANT: Please make sure all catering is VEGAN VEGAN = NO MEAT, FISH, BIRD, MILK, EGGS, CHEESE refers, a EUR 20,- buyout per touring member is acceptable instead of providing dinner. Please supply local menus for restaurants who deliver ADDITIONAL: Please note, in all media, signage and advertising the artist s name is to spelled/ presented as follows: TELEMARK (one word, all caps, no spaces). If for some reason ALL CAPS poses a problem it is okay to present it as: Telemark This technical rider is, together with the stage-plot, an integral part of the performance agreement between the PROMOTER and TELEMARK s representatives. A violation of, or non-compliance with, the requirements of this rider is a violation of the performance agreement and penalty fees and/or cancellation of the performance may result.
