Under new management, the Seashore Striders will be your host this year as we look forward to providing you with a quality event here at the Beach. The swim and bike remains the same, however the run course will be new this year which will eliminate bikers and runners heading to transition in the same direction. This was done for your safety. We have also moved the transition area to the main beach parking lot, which will be a lot closer for you following the exit from the swim. A quick reminder in that we ask all athletes and spectators to arrive before 6:30am and not leave the park until after the last bike has arrived into the park around 9:00 am. This is for the safety of all participants. Thank you in advance for your understanding. For those of you who are new to multisport events and chip timing, we strongly encourage you to attend the First Timers Meeting/transition and swim clinic scheduled for 1:30pm on Saturday at the race location. This will be your opportunity to learn about the race course, review the contents of your race packet and have all of your questions concerning the race answered. I will be available to answer questions as well as our speaker Bruce Clayton of TriCoach. At the post race awards ceremony, be sure to enjoy a brew on us as well as Dogfish will be our main sponsor of the event. Over 21 only, of course. Hope to see you at the race!
