We are here for you please contact us with any questions. We have demonstrated year after year that our program and coaches are the best in the region with a long-standing tradition of excellence at Cheer Central. Our business is based on teamwork and integrity. We are known for our attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization. Our facilities are some of the best in the industry. We have everything our athletes need to be successful spring floors, Tumble Traks, spring floor strips, pits, rod floor, and mats galore. Safety is our top priority. Our coaches are USASF certified and First Aid/CPR trained. In addition, our coaches undergo continuous training to maintain and enhance their already high level of experience and training. We have teams for every age and at every level, no experience is okay! Last season, we had 38 cheer teams (teams at every age group and every level). This allows your child to be placed in an environment where they can grow and thrive with other kids and coaches dedicated to helping them fulfill their personal potential. Our athletes/ coaches have established an incredible record of success on a regional and national level: We are the ONLY Colorado gym to have teams compete at the Level 5 World Championships for the past 10 years. In addition, we are taking 19 teams to the All-level Summit Championship this year! 1 So far this season we have received FOUR prestigious paid bids to page Worlds & The Summit.

Click on the link to register for the new season!! 2 Register your child for the 2017-18 Competitive Evals using our online registration form. You will need to fill out a SEPERATE form for each individual athlete. 3 The final step of the registration form will be to process the payment for your ENROLLMENT FEE in the amount of 269. Your form will not submit until this payment is processed and approved. 4 Complete the Auto-Pay Form and Medical Release Waiver. These forms are due BY April 25th in order to hold your athlete s spot. Any athlete s without paperwork turned in may risk being put on our team wait-list. Upon completion of the registration process, please allot 45 min for your athlete to be evaluated. We will release athletes as soon as they are evaluated. 4 th 18 18 th June JUNE WORKOUT TIMES th JUNE WORKOUT TIMES will be released ON June 4th by 11:59pm. These are NOT team placements, but simply a continuation of comprehensive evaluation process. Athletes should attend these released times until further notice. We reserve the right to change times or ask an athlete to attend a different workout time AT ANY TIME. FINAL TEAM ROSTERS th FINAL Team Rosters will be released on June 18th by 11:59pm, including your athlete s SUMMER practice schedule - this will not include your athlete s schedule for Sunday practices (if applicable) since this will not start until September. Team Choreography days/times will be released the following week BY June 23rd. 17 th 17-31 st ROUTINE CHOREO July These dates are IMPORTANT and MANDATORY for all athlete s to ensure the success of their team. We will be utilizing the BEST choreographers in the industry for our routines - this means that scheduling and time allotment for routines is TIGHT - it is crucial that your athlete is at all of their schedule choreography session to learn their routine in full. We have opted to complete choreography EARLIER this season to accomodate many school schedules starting the first week of August, and also to have teams prepared earlier in the season! Our monthly fees are INCLUSIVE and cover nearly everything your child needs for the season. All scheduled closures are pro-rated into monthly cost. Absolutely NO athletes will be permitted to tryout until this fee is paid. INCLUDES: Tryout Fee, Annual Registration Fees, Practice BOW, Team Blackout Bow, Competition Bow, 2 Practice Sports Bras, CCS Tank, CCS Shirt, and CCS Jacket! OUT-OF-STATE COMPETITION COSTS Transportation & Lodging to Out-Of-State Competitions is not included. Due to rising costs at the prestigous nationals events that our gym attends we wil be charging an additional 125 for NCA Nationals & American Celebration to account for budget increases associated with these events - this will be charged in October for NCA & January for Salt Lake City. **Disney Tickets/Summit & Worlds Fees are NOT included in monthly fees as we must EARN the honor to compete at these events. OPTIONAL CLASSES, PRIVATES & CAMPS Additional tumbling is OPTIONAL for all athletes but encouraged to boost both skills & technique in tumbling. UNIFORM 449 ALL athletes will be required to purchase a uniform (we use our uniforms for TWO seasons). We are EXCITED to unveil a new custom 3-piece uniform for the 2017-18 season. Uniform will be available for purchase online May 1-Aug. 31 for 449. OPTIONAL- additional practice bras available. We encourage athletes to purchase an additional bra or tank but it is not required. These items are only needed if you don t have them: White Cheer Shoes [Nfinity or Varsity only] (85) Cheer Central Backpack or Sling (20-65) Black Nike Pro Spandex Competition Eye Make-Up (30) USASF MEMBERSHIP 30 ALL parents will be required to log-on to USASF and complete their athlete certification and pay for their membership to be active for the 2017-18 season. Details on how to complete this process will be announced. DROP FEE 1000 1000.00 only assessed if your child quits the program after June 3rd, 2017. At Cheer Central our competitive teams are a year-long commitment. Please consider this before trying out. Our withdrawal fee is there to protect other families and their investment in our program and to ensure all costs are covered in the event of an athlete s departure. We have an open door policy and are more than happy to talk with you regarding the progress of your child and/or their level/potential team placement PRIOR to our drop deadline. We nearly always have a spot for EVERY athlete, in the rare circumstance that your child's age/level does not give them a place, we will refund all fees. Quitting our program after June 3rd may cause your child to forfeit future tryout privileges at CCS depending on circumstance. Should your athlete choose to withdraw from the program before June 3rd, no refunds will be given on tuition or enrollment fees already paid.

WHAT level IS MY CHILD? To be considered at a level athletes should have mastered all listed skills with consistency and good technique. Level Requirements listed below are the minimum for each level. At Cheer Central we believe in placing athletes on teams where they will be successful! Our teams are developed to compete at a high level- and being on any Cheer Central team is an honor. We believe EVERY team at Cheer Central is equally important! If you have any concerns (injuries or fears) we should be aware of prior to evaluations, please include this on your registration form. Because cheerleading is a team sport, every team member must be present in order for a team to be successful. Athletes on Competitive teams will be permitted to miss FOUR (4) practices during the months of May - August, and an additional THREE (3) practices from September - April. These are absences that are permitted, outside of our listed closures, THAT FALL WITHIN THE GUIDELINES FOR AN EXCUSED ABSENCE. Any absences beyond these may result in your athlete being placed in an alternate status. Otherwise, practices are mandatory and will only be excused for serious illness, major life events (weddings and funerals), and school functions for a grade. THERE ARE NO PERMITTED ABSENCES TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO ANY COMPETITION OR THREE WEEKS PRIOR TO THE SUMMIT.
