1. General Information WOGA Gymnastics is pleased to invite you and your delegation to participate in the WOGA Classic Acrobatic Gymnastics Competition. The WOGA Classic is open to national and regional teams as well as individual clubs. The competition will be for the following categories: USA J.O. Levels 5-10, FIG Age Group 1 and 2, FIG Juniors and Seniors. USA JO Program Level 5-Level 10 rules may be found on the USA Gymnastics website: https://usagym.org/pdfs/acro/rules/16_codeofpoints_030317.pdf Unless indicated otherwise, Age Group - Seniors prepare in accordance with the FIG regulations and all related documents with the following age group categories: Participant Category Age Rules USA, J.O. No Age Minimum Rules for Level 5-Level 10 Age Group 1 9 years old 17 years old Rules for 11-16 FIG Age Group Age Group 2 10 years old 19 years old Rules for 12-18 FIG Age Group Junior 11 years old 20 years old Rules for 13-19 FIG Age Group Senior Minimum 13 years Rules for Seniors Height Deductions will apply for all participant categories. 2. Provisional Schedule Training Days available upon request (February 15 - February 16, 2018) Competition Days will be Saturday, February 17 - Sunday, February 18, 2018 The schedule will be determined after the provisional entries are received. 4. Delegation Size 1-3 Coaches allowed A judge may be brought but not required Unlimited acrobatic pairs/groups 5. Competition Program USA J.O. Program: Winner determined by highest score Age Group 1: Sum of 2 exercises determines winner Age Group 2 - Seniors: Sum of the 3 exercises determines winner. *If there are more than 15 pair/groups in any category, those pairs/groups will be split into smaller groups for competition. 6. Equipment: AAI Floor for training and competition 7. Deadlines for Entries and Financial Obligations Provisional Registration due December 1, 2017. Visa Form December 1, 2017. Definitive-Nominative Registration due January 1, 2018. Delegations are responsible for covering travel expenses, accommodation, meals, and entry fees. Medical Services First Aid support will be present during training and competition. The emergency telephone number for fires, police and ambulance services is 911. 12. Tariff Sheets USA: The tariff sheet must be submitted to the Online Tariff Sheet Manager: http:// acrootsm.com/ by February 7, 2018. International competitors: The tariff sheets must be emailed to Ltwin@rocketmail.com by February 7, 2018. Please note that tariff sheets submitted must be as accurate as possible.
PLEASE IDENTIFY THE TARIFF SHEETS WITH THE P/G NUMBER (International: The pair/group number will be given after the nominative entries and will appear in the participants list). Tariff sheets must be labeled per the example below: File Name: Example USA_145C_JWP_Smith, Devonshire Country Name: 3-letter country code e.g. POL, USA; Pair/Group ID and Routine Abbreviation (Balance-B, Dynamic-D, Combined-C); Event; Last Name Top, Middle, Base Deadlines: All Tariff Sheets must be uploaded by February 7, 2018. There is a penalty of 0.3 for each tariff sheet that is not received on time. 13. Music Policy Each Country/Club is responsible for emailing a copy of all athlete competition music for WOGA Classic to Ltwin@rocketmail.com. Each routine must be a separate file in MP3 format. The file name should be the pair/group ID and the routine abbreviation (e.g. 145C) Please bring a backup CD with music in case there is an equipment malfunction during the event, or if there is a change in music. All music files must be emailed by February 7, 2018. 14. Medal Award Ceremonies All athletes in every event are requested to participate in the medal award ceremonies. Please appear in competition attire. All athletes will receive awards.
