SHELBYVILLE LOCATION Our NEW LOCATION is 10,000 square feet with 3 equipped dance rooms, 1 tumbling room, dressing rooms, and a spacious waiting area. Communication We want to provide you with the best communication possible. All important information will be provided through email, on our website, at our information station in the studio, and on Facebook. We are very excited to continue our referral program! When you refer your friends to Style, we will give you a special gift. Your referrals are the biggest compliment we could receive, and we greatly appreciate them! Style Referral Program Exciting Details: Refer a friend to Style and you will receive a $5 Style Gift Certificate. New student being referred must register for class for current student to receive gift certificate. There is no limit on how many Style Gift Certificates you can receive. New student being referred will receive a $5 Style Gift Certificate. Pick up your Referral Coupons at the front desk today! Referred students must have not been a previous student at Style Dance Academy. Referral is per family. Fundraising Style offers a Fall and a Spring fundraising opportunity to help with class fees, costumes fees, etc. Please look for more details to come in our September newsletter! General Information Style does not follow any school calendars for closures, etc. Please check our newsletter for closings. No food, drinks, or gum allowed in the dance room. Water bottles only. Food is only allowed in the front waiting area. Please stay in the waiting area or hallway until it is time for your class. Label all of your belongings. We are not responsible for any lost items. Contact us if you know you are not going to be in class. Please do not play in the studio or parking lot. Please be prompt in picking up your children. Students must wait inside for his/her transportation. Parents: Please do not enter the dance room while class is in progress.
What does my student need for class? Street clothes may not be worn during class. Hair must be pulled back in a neat ponytail or bun for all classes. No gum, food, or drinks in the dance rooms. Water bottles only. No jewelry please. Gymnastics Girls: Leotar d, shor ts, or tight fitting clothing. No baggy clothes. No socks. Students may go barefoot. (tucked in). No baggy clothing. No socks. Hip Hop No street clothing. Comfortable dance clothing. Tennis shoes, jazz shoes, or barefoot. Ballet Girls: Solid colored leotard and ballet pink tights. Pink ballet shoes with elastic sewn on. Hair in a neat bun. Boys: Shorts and t-shirt (tucked in). Black ballet shoes. Tot Dance/Mini Movers Girls: Leotard and tights or dance outfit. Pink ballet shoes or barefoot. Hair in a neat ponytail or bun. (tucked in). Black jazz shoes or barefoot. Jazz Girls: Leotard and tights or tight fitting dance outfit. Black slip on jazz shoes. No baggy clothes. (tucked in).
