TOURNAMENT DETAILS Included below are basic guidelines and information that will help you plan your event. PAIRINGS LIST: A complete list of player names and pairings is required at least 48 hours prior to the event. This allows our staff to import the list into our Tournament Players Program to create the hole assignments, custom cart signs, scorecards, and scoreboards. REGISTRATION: An alphabetical list of players and a pairings list with hole assignments will be given to you to assist in the player check-in and registration. We will provide an 8 skirted table with two chairs. If you need additional tables and chairs please let us know. DRESS CODE: Men must wear collared shirts. Shirts must be tucked-in at all times. Denim of any kind, blue jeans and short shorts are not permissible. (Shorts must be 3 above the knee or longer) Please note the dress code should be included in all of your invitation and tournament information packets. NON-METAL SPIKES: Eagle s Landing Country Club is a spikeless facility. Please advise your participants. DONATED FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY: Donated food or beverage may not be brought onto property without written approval from Eagle s Landing Management. Please ask your sales person for our Food & Beverage Donation Policy for details. SPONSOR SIGNS: All sponsorship signs must be assembled and be course-ready when delivered. Signs being placed by ELCC staff must be delivered to the golf course at least 48 hours in advance of outing date. Signs that are to be placed by you or your volunteers must arrive 2-hours before the beginning of play. Sponsorship signs should be placed at or near the designated tees unless otherwise requested. NOTE: When applicable, please make arrangements to have event volunteers place and remove signage. (Eagle s Landing is not responsible for removal or destruction of such signs). RULES SHEET FOR PLAYERS: Eagle s Landing Country Club will provide each player with a complimentary rules sheet on the day of play. PLAYER COUNT: The guaranteed player count is due 5 business days prior to the event date. This number will determine the billing of the event. See Golf Outing Contract Agreement for more details.

We offer both In Season and Out of Season pricing. Note: The following prices reflect Monday and Thursday outings. The Traditional Breakfast $13.00 Fresh seasonal sliced fruit, assorted breakfast muffins, pastries, breads, scrambled eggs, hash browns, grits, and bacon. Served with coffee and assorted fruit juices. The Deli Grab-and-Go $10.00 A six-inch hoagie stuffed with turkey, lettuce, tomato and onion. Served with potato chips, club baked cookie and bottled water. We also offer this in a wrap for a healthier choice. The Deluxe Box Lunch $13.00 A fresh baguette stuffed with grilled chicken breast, lettuce, tomato and onion. Served with potato chips, fruit, club baked cookie, and bottled water. The Back Yard Grill-Out $15.00 Chef grilled hamburgers, hot dogs, baked beans, potato salad, and club baked cookies. Served with iced tea and water station.
