Should 9-10 boats apply consideration will be given to creating a second squad and adding a second coach. Sailors will be expected to commit to all coaching and club racing sessions as per the Development Squad Calendar. Commitment and dedication to training and learning are essential for success in this program. Sailors will need to financial member of a registered sailing club and a financial member of the NSW & ACT 9er association. Training and club racing will be on Sundays.
