This is the number which has been specified by MSV (Circuit owner) and we cannot supply more to you. Should you require more, they can be purchased from the MSV Ticketline on 08709 509000. Additionally, all persons aged 12 and over (not 16 and over) must hold a valid ticket to gain entry. PADDOCK LAYOUT: See layout plan enclosed. PIT GARAGE ALLOCATION: Junior Saloons 1-20 Michelin Clio Cup Series 21-32 DRIVERS SIGNING-ON: Signing on will take place in the Admin Office beneath Race Control. UPGRADE CARDS: Due to the number of items that are lost in the post, drivers who leave their upgrade card for CoC signature and do not collect them at the end of the meeting, leave them at their own risk. For the avoidance of doubt, BARC will return uncollected cards on the day following the event but will accept no responsibility whatsoever if the card does not reach the intended recipient. NEW DRIVER BRIEFINGS: Will be held in the School Briefing Room (in pit garages) at 08.30hrs, 10.00hrs and 11.30hrs on Saturday and 09.00hrs on Sunday. FUEL: Will be on sale in the Paddock Petrol Station during the meeting at the following times: - 08.30hrs 09.30 hrs 12.00hrs 13.00 hrs DRIVERS CHAMPIONSHIP BRIEFINGS: Any specific championship briefings are at the discretion of the Clerk of the Course. Competitors should check at sign-on or listen carefully to paddock tannoy announcements. ENGINES / NOISE POLLUTION: Racing engines must not be run at any time before 08.15hrs on Saturday and 09.15hrs Sunday or after 18.30hrs both days. NOISE CHECKING: Noise checking will be carried out by MSA Environmental Scrutineers at the entry to Assembly. BARC MEETING SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS BRANDS HATCH PAGE 1

RACE SELECTION PROCEDURES: In events without a class structure the fastest 32 cars (28 racing & sports racing cars up to 2000cc, 26 racing & sports racing cars over 2000cc) may start in their respective events. For events with classes, reserves will be nominated by the organisers if the number of entries received exceeds this figure, and reserves will be called forward in strict order of nomination, should vacancies exist before the race grid is formed. ENTRY ONTO THE CIRCUIT FOR COMPETING CARS: For cars based in the outer paddock area, please proceed through the tunnel and along the roadway towards the control tower, following the road slightly left to enter the Grand Prix paddock where you should proceed along the roadway to the assembly area. You will then be directed to the pit lane prior to qualifying and go directly to the grid for races. Cars based in the pit lane will be signalled to leave their garages at the appropriate time. For practice you will go directly out onto the circuit. For race, you will complete a lap of the circuit prior to forming on the grid. PIT LANE SECURITY: Teams using Pit Garages should be aware that it is their responsibility to ensure that persons under the age of 16 are not allowed access to the pit lane. Teams should also keep at least one of their garage doors closed at all times. EXIT FROM THE CIRCUIT FOR COMPETING CARS: When practice or race session has expired as designated by the use of the chequered flag, all cars should complete one full lap of the circuit without overtaking, slowing down gradually and exit via the pit lane entrance, proceeding to Parc Fermé as directed. PRESENTATIONS: In a single class event the first three drivers, and in a multi class event the winner and subsequent class winners are requested to proceed to the podium next to garage one where awards will be presented and interviews will be given. DISPOSAL OF WASTE: Would all competitors please be aware that it is no longer acceptable to leave or abandon empty fuel/oil containers, batteries and tyres behind when leaving a venue. Such items are classified as hazardous waste and circuits are charging the BARC between 10 and 25 per item for safe disposal. Please also be aware that these items MUST NOT is placed in general rubbish skips at circuits; doing so could trigger a 1000 local authority fine. Where it can be identified that a certain competitor or championship is responsible, charges will be passed on. Where it is not possible these charges will have to be absorbed and will then reappear as increased entry fees for all. Your co operation would be appreciated - take your waste home and dispose of it safely. USE OF VIDEO EQUIPMENT: It is permissible for competitors to use vehicle mounted video recording equipment but they must have any such equipment securely mounted, and in place, prior to vehicle scrutineering taking place. Also enclosed is a marshals parking vehicle pass to gain you access to the marshals car park, which for this meeting will be located in the Outer Paddock. Facilities are available in the paddock or The Kentagon - but there is no camping by these facilities.
