Mississippi has won eight of 11 games and a win today would give the M-Braves a third-straight series victory for the first time in 2018. This is Pensacola s third and final visit to Trustmark Park this season. Pensacola leads the season series 15-9 and the all-time series 68-67. The M-Braves are coming off a 3-1 series win at Birmingham have won two-straight four-game series (BLX and BIR), 3-1. LAST TIME OUT: The M-Braves and Blue Wahoos went into extra innings for a second-consecutive night with the M-Braves scoring a run in the 10th to win 2-1 in walk-off fashion. Pinch runner Connor Lien raced home on an E2 with one out in the 10th. LHP Ricardo Sánchez matched a career-high with 7.0 scoreless innings while scattering four hits and two walks with six strikeouts during his start for Mississippi.
