Gemma Stone IMPORTANT REMINDERS A suggestion for chapters to get 3 ring binder and put all correspondence from Area Captains, and Coordinators or headquarters. Members can read them at their leisure. Read all correspondence from Area Captain, Coordinator or headquarters Please pass around for your members to read and file in your binder for all to refer to at later dates. N ew year New Beginning. S.M.A.R.T. goals S. specific Specifics help us to focus our efforts and clearly define what we want to accomplish. M. measurable. Your goals must be measurable. In other words there is usually a number involved - dollars, days, times per week, weight. When you create a goal that is measurable, it's easy to determine when you're getting closer or if you've reached your goal. I like to introduce myself to the new counties who joined my Area. Kanabec, Pine, Sherburne, and Wright. I may have seen you at rallies, SRD, IRD. Please stop at www.topspride.org/ minnesota and read my past letters.. These changes will take effect on January 1, 2015. Anoka, Isanti, and Chicago there are no changes as I will remain your area captain. Please contact me to set up a day for a visit. I will present the Area Captain program which will be informative and interesting I want to inspire you, encourage, and motivate you. Please if you have any questions or concerns, please contact me at 21202 Old Lake George Blvd. #203, Oak Grove, MN 55303 phone: 763-381-1572 email: actopsleslie@gmail.com A. achievable. Nothing happens without action. Your goal must promote action. You must be able to break your goals down into actionable tasks. R. Relevant Your goals should inspire you. If they don't, set new goals. Your goals must be inline with your values. If there is a conflict between your goals, you won't achieve them. T Timely. The best goals have a deadline. Set your goals, short attainable goals and reach your ultimate goal and walk on stage in 2016.
