He spoke about the non-show of the Kosovo flag and the wish of the Kosovo delegation to leave the Championships under protest. The President ensured that they accepted to stay and allowed the ongoing discussions a chance to reach a non-disputed conclusion. The President in constant contact with RTTF and Kosovo TTA President tried his best to solve it and finally the Kosovo Olympic flag was displayed. Kosovo made two team match withdrawals but also competed in other team matches. 1. Adoption of the agenda: The agenda was adopted. 2. Minutes of the meeting in Bratislava (11.7.2015.): The minutes of the meeting in Bratislava were adopted. 3. Report of President, Deputy President and Vice-Presidents: - Visit to Asia Europe All Stars Challenge, Zhangjiagang CHN (IGM) The Deputy President reported about the Asia Europe All Stars Challenge in Zhangjiagang, China and was very satisfied that Europe had won. Good level of hospitality but lack of spectators. Live TV coverage has been cancelled. - Inspection visit to Buzau ROU (RCS) The Secretary General made an inspection visit to Buzau, Romania. More details were laid down in the written report of the Secretary General. - Visit to Euro Mini Championships, Schiltigheim FRA (RK) The President congratulated FFTT and the Organising Committee for a well organised event. - Visit to University of Nottingham ENG (IGM) The Deputy President visited the University of Nottingham, England. He met with Table Tennis England staff and thanked the ETTU Secretary General for the support given. Mr. Munivrana reported about the good co-operation with the Universities of Nottingham and Split. Accommodation was paid by Nottingham University and English Table Tennis. A letter of thanks will be sent to them.

- Visit to Women s Coaching Seminar, Schwechat AUT (IGM) The Deputy President pointed out that this visit is included in his written report to the EB. He added being very pleased to see all coaches readiness to learn. Ms. Toth, now coach in Bavaria will investigate and promote the coaching network.mrs. Ahlert apologised about the non-participation of German coaches which was due to another obligation they had. She confirmed that they will take part next time. - Meeting with FLTT President, LUX (RK) The President said that the meeting with FLTT was for the organisation of the 2017 Europe Top 16 Cup and the 60 th ETTU anniversary celebration. FFTT showed also interest to organise a Top 16 Cup in 2017. If FLTT cannot provide with TV production as stated in the regulations, than ETTU could give the organisation to France. - Correspondence 4. Annual Ordinary Congress (Wednesday 30.9.2015., Ekaterinburg, RUS) - Agenda - Propositions Russia requested support for their doubles proposition. Belgium TTA approached the Secretary General and asked about entries in Individual Events. An editorial amendment (clarification) on the allocation of vacancies will be done at the Congress. - Annual Membership Subscription The EB decided to propose keeping the 350 euros Membership Subscription. - Appointment of Honorary Members - Report of the Auditor Mr. Clark (ETTU Financial Expert) did not provide with a report and did not reply to the request of his Congress attendance. The Report of the Auditor is included in the documents. 5. Financial Matters: - Accounts 2014 The 2014 accounts were included in the documents. The Secretary General will present the accounts during the Congress. - Budget 2015 An update on the 2015 budget was presented. - Draft Budget 2016 The 2016 draft budget was included in the documents and has to be approved by the Congress. - Outstanding payments Andorra had paid 470 euros a week prior to the meeting. Armenia promised to pay 475 euros during the 2015 ETTC. Georgia has still not settled with their outstanding payment from the 2014 EYC. Macedonia needs to make their payment too. Montenegro will pay end of the month a part and the rest end of October. San Marino owes ETTU 475 euros. 6. Development: - Eurotalents The Deputy President informed that the Eurotalents project is running in a proper way. Preselection camps were held in Hungary and Luxembourg and the final selection camp will be held in Slovenia. Around 40 players are invited and the final selection of the talents will be done by Mr. Korpa, Mr. Cegnar and Mr. Urh. 11 players have been selected last year and for them one camp will be organised in Lithuania and one in the Netherlands. All camps are in accordance with ETTU s budget. - 21 and under The Deputy President announced that the programme failed because the programme planned was too ambitious without a real plan, also the communication failed.

- 18 and under 18 and under will start in 2017 as this programme should be based on the players going out of the TIS programme. Talented players not being among the selected players can join the camps. Coaches have to inform the Development Manager in case of a great improvement by a player in order to be accepted to the camps. - World Cadet Challenge The preparation is going well and the flight tickets have been bought and only two players did not accept the invitation. - Coaching Conference The Deputy President reported about the well organised Women s Coaching Conference in Schwechat, Austria. The next Coaching Conference was planned to be held in Vendée, France. The EB might need to reschedule the Coaching Conference and even another location might be used due to the difficulties in planning with FFTT. - ITTF International Training Centre Network 7. Executive Board evaluation discussion (including 2016-2020 priorities) The President received some replies but needs more time to work on it. Item postponed to the next meeting. 8. Marketing: written report The Secretary General asked if a ball tender at ECQ shall be done or to leave the rights to the home association. The EB decided to leave the tender for the moment and rethink about it for the next edition. 9. Hall of Fame: The ETTU Hall of Fame arrangements were discussed. 10. Report of Secretary General: written report Four applications for the position of Competition Manager had been received. The ETTU Congress date and travel arrangements for the 2016 WTTC in Kuala Lumpur were discussed. The Secretary General will provide information to the Board. 11. Club Competitions: written report Tsmg did not want to have a booklet for the TTCLM as the season already started and as there was not sufficient player pictures available. Lack of co-operation between clubs and tsmg about match fixtures.ttclm meeting and draw for final rounds will be held on Tuesday, 22nd December 2015 in the Luxembourg office. There will be no women s Champions league meeting. Mrs. Ahlert will attend on behalf of the ETTU EB. The EB decided not to impose fines towards clubs in case of non-attendance. 12. Events: The President was satisfied to see that the national Associations are interested for organising ETTU events. - 2015 European Games Baku AZE, EOC feedback - 2015 European Championships Ekaterinburg, RUS, 25.9.-4.10.2015 The two Associations having withdrawn their team(s) after the deadline and draw from the ETTC will receive no fine but ETTU will charge them for the team event levy. RTTF did not provide the Kosovo flag and as consequence the EB decided to fine RTTF of 1.000 euros. Kosovo wants refund from ETTU entry fees and from the organisers hospitality refund. ETTU will not refund Kosovo as they participated but ETTU will offer them support in their development activities. - 2015 Europe Youth Top 10 Buzau, ROU, 16.10.-18.10.2015-2016 European Top-16 Cup Gondomar, POR, 5.2.-7.2.2016-2016 European Olympic Singles Qualification Istanbul, TUR, 6.4.-10.4.2016

- 2016 European Youth Championships Zagreb, CRO, 8.7.-17.7.2016-2016 European Championships Budapest, HUN, 18.10.-23.10.2016-2016 Europe Youth Top 10 An application to hold the 2016 Europe Youth Top 10 was received from the Czech Republic. Mr. Endal made a presentation. The event will be held in Prague.Hall dimensions 25x44 metres and 25x14 metres for the practise hall. All hotels are in walking distance from the venue. Catering will be served either in the hall or in the hotels. Competition date: 7-9 October 2016. The hospitality costs have to be confirmed by end of the year 2015. - 2016 Asia-Europe All Stars Series hosting in Europe The President spoke about the possibility to sell the event for three years in a row to RTTF and they could than organise it in a city of their choice. - 2017 European Youth Championships presentation by Portugal Association (FPTM) The Presentation of the 2017 European Youth Championships was made by the Portuguese TTF President, Pedro Moura. Mr. Endal pointed out that 19 tables will not be sufficient. Mr. Moura spoke about the possibility to have more tables in a second hall which is within walking distance. Decision about the number of tables needed will be done during the 2016 Europe Top 16 Cup. The flooring will probably be received from the company Sports partner (Naxos). - 2017 European Championships bid by Azerbaijan Association (ASTF) A bid to organise the 2017 European Championships was received by the Azerbaijan Association. The President and Secretary General will speak with ASTF to see if they can confirm their bid. - Bids for other 2017 and 2018 events The 2017 EVC had been allocated to Sweden. Applicationsfor the Top 16 in 2017 were received from Luxembourg and France. FFTT also send an application to host the 2017 Europe Youth Top10. A meeting with FLTT is planned at the end of November, hopefully they can meet with requirements. England TT showed interest to host the 2017 Europe Youth Top 10 in London (city tbc). Bids for 2018 events will be reopened in the next info. The EB decided to postpone the first ECQ match. Tuesday will be the official playing day but the national Associations are free to play at any other day during that week a match is scheduled. Flag protocol was discussed. A guarantee will be requested from Turkey that visas are issued correctly and flags are all shown of all participating NAs at the 2016 EOSQ. The EB will take special care that flag and visa are treated correct. 13. Athletes Commission: 14. Paralympic Table Tennis: Mr. Kramer and Mrs. Grefberg will be attending the ITTF Para TT European Championships in Denmark. 15. ITTF Presentation: Leandro Olvech and Polona Cehovin (02.10.2015) A presentation was done by Leandro Olvech and Polona Cehovin Susin (ITTF). The President spoke about ETTU s goal to have a World Champion from Europe in four years.

The Deputy President pointed out that ETTU is no more in a transitional period and asked them to consider ETTU development programmes flexible. Communication should be better and reports and info needs to be given to ITTF sooner. A complete plan for 2016 will be ready in November. ETTU wants to have knowledge of all ITTF development activities in Europe. Mr. Olvech said there s no need for only investing in one part to improve the top players but recommended also investing in the less developed players / countries. The President agreed but informed that the main priority will be given on one project. The Deputy President said that due to lack of results from European players and no more being competitive with Asians, the sport interest will decrease. The Secretary General pointed out that the Development Manager is only part time engaged but should be full time, this maybe starting January 2017. 16. Any other business: Mr. Markov thanked the EB for all help received in solving the flag problem. Mr. Munivrana suggested having presentations as last item on the Agenda to be ableto immediately treat all questions afterwards. The Secretary General informed about SCI attendees at European Championships. ETTU being too generous on allocation of SCI guests. The same persons are always attending. HoF persons could maybe now receive some of the guest places. Mr. Beloglasov will provide ETTU with the video of the opening ceremony. The Secretary General spoke about a very good co-operation with the organisers. 17.
