2018-19 VISITING TEAM INFORMATION

2018-19 VISITING Dear Athletics Director and Coaches: August, 2018 The Colorado School of Mines Athletics Department is looking forward to the upcoming 2018-19 season. Enclosed are the protocols and procedures that we will follow for each sport. Over the past several years, many of our facilities are new or have been significantly renovated. For those who have been to our campus before, or especially those who did not visit last year, please pay close attention as things may have changed since your last trip. If you have questions, contact Assistant A.D. Charles O Dell. You may also have your head coach in any sport contact the corresponding Colorado School of Mines head coach of that sport. There is also a guide showing the school s location, as well as the locations of each of our athletic facilities. If you have any questions or if we can be of help in providing suggestions for hotels or restaurants please feel free to contact our staff. 2018-19 VISITING RMAC Game Management Procedures as outlined in the RMAC Operation Manual will be followed. We would also like to request that when you or your staff plan your visit here to Golden that you give our lodging and restaurant partners the opportunity to earn your business. We will do the same when we visit your city. This will assist both institutions efforts to patronize those corporate partners who make our programs possible! Please feel free to contact me at (303) 273-3300 if you have any questions. We look forward to having you and your teams here at Mines. Please share this information with: Head Coaches Assistant Coaches Head Athletics Trainer Sports Information Director Radio/Press Ticket Manager Equipment Manager Travel Coordinator Team Parents Sincerely, David Hansburg Director of Athletics
