PRACTICE SCHEDULE All practices will be held at the Mattamy Athletic Centre or Kerr Hall and as required by playing regulations. The schedule will be sent out the night before to each Head Coach. Each team will be allocated their own team room beginning Tuesday, March 5 th for the duration of the championship. *The scheduling of practices on Tuesday will be dependent upon team arrivals and will be scheduled based on availability and request.

MEDIA CONFERENCE & ACCREDITATION 7.1 MEDIA PRESS CONFERENCE: 7.2 MEDIA ACCREDITATION: Request for media accreditation are to be submitted by Monday, March 4, 2019 to Jim McLarty (jim.mclarty@ryerson.ca). 8. CHAMPIONSHIP HOTEL U SPORTS policy 20.40.3.4.1: All participating teams and team personnel attending a U Sports Championship requiring accommodation must stay at the U Sports Championship designated host hotel. TEAM TRANSPORTATION Airport Transfer: Ground transportation to/from local airports will be organized by Hosting Committee directly with participating institutions. Bus Drop-off and Parking: All drop-offs and pick-ups can be done at the front of the Mattamy Athletic Centre, 50 Carlton Street. The City of Toronto has identified 75 parking spaces exclusively for use by buses in the downtown core which are allowed to park for durations from 1hr to a maximum of 24hrs. The designated area for buses dropping teams off at the Mattamy Athletic Centre is the Portlands Area. *Directions to Portlands Area: East on Carlton St. Right on Jarvis St. Left on Lakeshore Blvd E. Right towards Cherry St. Left onto Villiers S. Left on Munition Street (parking on left).

TEAM REGISTRATION AND ACCREDITATION Registration Date: Monday, March 4th, 2019 Site: Host Hotel Holiday Inn, Downtown Toronto Schedule: Tournament packages will be available upon arrival via designated team hosts. Each team will receive 20 accreditation passes. Any additional passes must be requested in advance of the Championship. Additional passes will cost $25. Accreditation passes will also be provided to non-participating All-Canadians and head coaches, Athletic Directors and University Presidents. 11. TECHNICAL INFORMATION 12.1 FACILITIES: Competition Site Playing Dimensions: Regulation size 18m x 9m Lighting: Fluorescent Scoreboard: Daktronics Floor/Field: Wood Floor Seating Capacity: 2700 permanent bleacher seats; 250 floor seating Team Rooms: Each participating team will be assigned their own team room Videoboard: Located at North and South ends of arena Parking: Municipal and private pay lots available south of arena. No on-site parking 12.2 EQUIPMENT: Game Ball: Wilson Evolution, size 6 12.3 THERAPY / MEDICAL SERVICES: Ryerson Athletics will provide on-site Athletic Therapy (AT) service for all games and practices, as well as an on-call Physician for the duration of the championship. Participating teams and athletes will have access to Ryerson s therapy clinic. This should be coordinated through team hosts and/or the Ryerson AT staff. Teams not travelling with a dedicated medical/therapy staff must notify the host Therapy contact by Monday, March 4, 2019. A staff person will be made available to your team at a cost of $200 per day regardless of whether medical services are utilized. For any athletes requiring ongoing medical observation or treatment, a detailed treatment plan, provided by the respective institution s medical staff, must be submitted prior to the start of the tournament. Therapy contact: Jerome Camacho at jerome.camacho@ryerson.ca (Ext. 6125) Specific therapy information, available equipment and emergency action plan will be provided on-site. 12.4 UNIFORM/TOWELS & LAUNDRY SERVICE: Laundry service for playing uniforms will be provided to participating teams. Teams will be left on their own for personal laundry. Teams will be supplied towels throughout the duration of the championship and are not permitted to
remove towels from the competition venue. 12.5 TICKET INFORMATION: Full championship passes are currently on sale. Individual session tickets will be made available at a later date.
