Sun King Brewing Company is an iconic Indianapolis-based craft brewery with a focus on continually creating traditional, seasonal and unique specialty beer. Sun King rolled out their first keg of beer in July 2009 and has since grown into one of Indiana s largest and most award-winning breweries. Sun King beer can be enjoyed at over 1,000 fine bars/restaurants and liquor stores throughout Indiana, Louisville and Chicago. There are currently two Sun King facilities: the main downtown Indianapolis brewery and the Fishers small batch brewery and tasting room, with a third location opening in Carmel in 2018. 1933 Lounge (by St. Elmo) is one of St. Elmo s restaurant/bar concepts whose namesake is the lounge attached to Indianapolis landmark St. Elmo Steak House. 1933 Lounge is named after the year prohibition was repealed and offers signature cocktails, wine, beer and a bar menu including St. Elmo Shrimp Cocktail, sandwiches, salads, steaks, seafood and more. The proposed location at Fishers District will be their first location outside of downtown Indianapolis. The HC Tavern & Kitchen by Craig Huse, of St. Elmo, is a new and more upscale concept reminiscent of Harry & Izzys. The HC Tavern & Kitchen (HC for Hamilton County) will be a one-of-a-kind restaurant with Fishers being the only location. The restaurant will be two stories tall and about 8,000 square feet. The average check for a lunch patron would be between $20 and $30, with the price of dinner jumping to $40 to $55 per person. St. Elmo Steak House, an Indianapolis Landmark, opened in 1902 two blocks south of the Circle in downtown Indianapolis and continues to reside at its original location on Illinois Street. Other St. Elmo restaurant concepts include Harry & Izzy s and Burger Study. Fishers Test Kitchen The City of Fishers and Launch Fishers have created Fishers Test Kitchen and will occupy 3,000 square feet of space within the Sun King Brewery, allowing innovative start-up chefs to introduce their menus. The space will be leased and operated by the City of Fishers and is designed to afford a variety of opportunities to accelerate new restaurant, catering and other culinary entrepreneurial efforts within the City of Fishers, as well as the greater Indianapolis area. Havana Cigar and Cocktail Lounge is an upscale cigar bar and cocktail lounge, featuring high-style craft cocktails and hip atmosphere. This is the newest concept for local entrepreneur and Broad Ripple s Lava Lounge operator. Verizon Wireless is an American telecommunications company that offers wireless products and services. With 149 million subscribers, Verizon Wireless is the largest wireless telecommunications provider in the United States. Massage Heights is a membership-based therapeutic services franchise company that offers a wide variety of massage and facial services. Shane Evans co-founded Massage Heights in 2004 with her husband Wayne. They began franchising in 2007, and today the brand has 150 units open and is based in San Antonio, Texas. Sangiovese Ristorante was founded in 1994 bringing authentic Italian to Indianapolis North Side. Chris Evans, Owner/Operator of Sangiovese, has maintained dedication to his loyal clientele by providing the highest quality ingredients and impeccable service. This will be Chris s second location. Amazing Lash Studio is the nation s largest and fastest growing eyelash extension services franchise. Developed by founders Jessica and Edward Le, Amazing Lash Studio started as a few locations in the Houston area. The franchise now has 168 locations, 27 coming-soon locations and 121 future sites nationwide. Blue Peppermint Boutique is a locally owned, high-end clothing and accessories boutique with a great community following. Kincaid s Meat Market is a full-service butcher and meat market that has operated its north side Indianapolis location since 1921. A true, local landmark in the Indianapolis community, Fishers District will be their second location. Pier 48 Fish House & Oyster Bar will premier a new restaurant concept featuring sea-to-table cuisine that focuses on a New Englandstyled dining experience. The restaurant and bar will utilize locally grown produce, sustainably caught seafood, and midwestern grain-fed beef with handmade pastas. Hyatt Hotels Dunn Hospitality Group is developing the hotel parcel (4.17 acres). Dual concept Hyatt Place and Hyatt House will feature approximately 210 rooms and meeting spaces. Epic Hybrid Training consists of different fitness classes which are programmed for all levels of fitness. Classes have unique circuit stations that utilize EPIC movements. Workouts are reprogrammed every 4 weeks with different EPIC movements to ensure enough time to see progress as you can take a specific class at least 4 times each month, but also ensure new and exciting workouts each month. Epic Hybrid Training currently has 10 locations across the US, with more planned in the coming years. Tropical Smoothie Cafe, sometimes referred to as Tropical Smoothie, or TSC, is a restaurant franchise in the United States. In addition to smoothies, the cafes offer sandwiches, wraps, salads, flat breads, and introduced bowls to their food line in 2017. Nicey Treat A local Indianapolis business that specializes in making all-natural, gourmet frozen treats. 101 Beer Kitchen specializes in seasonal, handcrafted fare with a carefully curated draft & bottle list, 101 Beer Kitchen s gastropub seeks to take comfort food to another level without the pretense.
