TICKETS PURCHASING TICKETS To purchase individual / single game tickets, you may call Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000, log on to www.ticketmaster.com, at official Ticketmaster outlets including Save Mart Supermarkets, or go to the Save Mart Center Box Office during normal business hours. SEASON TICKETS For Season Tickets and Special Packages log on to gobulldogs.com, call 559-278-DOGS, or visit the Bulldog Ticket Office at the South end of Bulldog Stadium. GROUP TICKETS Groups of 10 or more can purchase discounted tickets. Groups tickets are $2, please contact our Group Sales Coordinator at 559-244-5621 to arrange for groups tickets. SINGLE MATCH TICKET PRICES All seating is General Admission: Adult - $5, Youth - $3, Senior Citizens - $3, Fresno State Students (with student ID) - Free. For Volleyball Matches we consider anyone 5-18 years old a Youth and 65 years or older a Senior Citizen. ARENA BOX OFFICE The Save Mart Center Box Office is located on the northwest corner of the Save Mart Center. The Box Office is open from 9:30am to 4:30pm Monday-Friday. On game day, the Box Office will stay open until an hour into the event. On game day weekends, the Box Office will open at 1pm, unless game time is before 3pm, at which time the box office will open 2 hours prior to game time. PUBLIC WILL CALL Public / General Will Call is located at the Save Mart Center Box Office. A photo I.D. is required to pick up tickets/credentials. Will Call will stay open until an hour into the event. 3

THIRD PARTY WILL CALL The Save Mart Center Box Office is pleased to accept your third party will call for your convenience. However, we would like to make sure that you are familiar with our third party will call policy. We ask that you present a photo I.D. and fill out the Save Mart Center will call envelope provided by the Box Office at the window. Please indicate the name of the person picking up the tickets, the number of tickets, the seat location, and your name as the owner of the tickets. The individual picking up the tickets must have a photo I.D. to obtain the tickets. The Box Office will not accept CODs. WILL CALL PROCEDURES Photo identification, the credit card used in original ticket purchase and a signature will be required to pick up all tickets from Will Call. Tickets will only be released to the individual named on the original order. Alternate pick ups will only be allowed if arrangements are made through the original point purchase. Requests must be made prior to the day of the show. Outside will call will not be accepted at the box office. Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster can be picked up from the box office during normal box office hours, no earlier than one week before the show. Please provide the Ticketmaster confirmation number along with photo ID and the credit card used in the original Ticketmaster transaction. A signature will be required to receive the tickets. Orders placed through Save Mart Center can be picked up from the box office during normal box office hours after receiving confirmation from the box office staff that your order has been processed. A photo ID and signature will be required to receive the tickets. Orders placed through the show (band, promoter, record label, fan club, etc.) are not available at the box office until the day of the show, usually 1 to 2 hours before show time. A photo ID, membership card (if necessary) and a signature will be required to receive the tickets. 5

RESALE OF TICKETS Ticket holders are advised that the resale of tickets on University property is strictly prohibited. NO RE-ENTRY POLICY Persons leaving the Save Mart Center will not be re-admitted. There are no in-and-out privileges. LOST OR DESTROYED TICKETS All tickets should be treated like cash. Please safeguard your tickets. As a service to our season ticket holders, duplicates may be obtained on game day at the Fresno State Will Call, which is located inside the Northwest Doors at the Save Mart Center. The cost of a duplicate will be a $10.00 non-refundable duplication fee. This fee must be paid at the time the duplicates are issued. If the specific ticket is found, it may be returned to the ticket office within 10 business days of the game for a refund of the face value of the ticket. Student or single game tickets will not be replaced / duplicated. PARKING Parking Maps are found on pages 19 and 20 of this guide. Please observe posted University parking regulations on campus. Public safety and emergency vehicle requirements are not relaxed on home events. Also, please note that tailgating is not allowed for indoor Fresno State athletics events. NON-PASSENGER VEHICLES AND VEHICLES WITH TRAILERS ARE PROHIBITED IN PARKING LOTS. TENTS, PICNIC TABLES, CANOPIES, AND OTHER NON-VEHICULAR OBJECTS ARE PROHIBITED IN THE PARKING LOTS. ARENA BUILDER/SUITE LOT (North of Save Mart Center) Parking is reserved for Arena Builders and Suite Holders only. Must have parking pass WITH tear-off portion attached to enter lot. Please give parking pass to the parking attendant when you enter the lot. Access to this lot is from Woodrow via Barstow. Opens one and one half (1 ½) hours prior to game time. NORTH LOT Parking is reserved for Volleyball season ticket holders who purchased a season parking pass. Must have parking pass WITH tear-off portion attached to enter lot. Hang on mirror or place on dashboard. For all other Fresno State events, the North Lot is open to the public. Parking is $3.00 per car. Access to this lot is from Chestnut via west bound Shaw or Woodrow via Barstow. Opens one and one half (1 ½) hours prior to game time. EAST LOT Parking is open to the public. Parking is $5.00 per car for Volleyball. Access to this lot is from Chestnut via Shaw or Chestnut via Woodrow. Opens one and one half (1 ½) hours prior to game time. DISABLED PARKING There is A LIMITED number of Disabled parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis near the arena. Your state approved parking permit is necessary for access to all disabled parking areas. The parking attendants will direct you to nearest Handicap parking spot. 7

BUS/RV PARKING Charter buses and RV s will be directed where to park by the Parking Department on an event-by-event basis. Bus drivers who wish to enter for the purpose of watching an even or purchasing food and beverages must enter with a valid ticket. A bus driver that wants to use the restroom may do so by leaving their driver s license with the guard at the door. Bus drivers are not permitted to escort friends or family members into an event unless they present a valid ticket at the doors. Bus drivers are not permitted access to restricted areas such as Club and Event levels ONLINE PARKING INFORMATION Parking maps and rules are online at www.savemartcenter.com. SEATING WHEELCHAIR SEATING Wheelchair seating is available throughout the stadium. These areas are for guests who use a wheelchair and one guest. No other person can be seated in this area. All restrooms are wheelchair accessible. For more information on wheelchair seating, please contact the Fresno State ticket office at 559-278-DOGS. RE-ENTRY POLICY RE-ENTRY POLICY Save Mart Center has a no re-entry policy. This means that guests who enter the building for an event with a ticket are not permitted to leave and come back in after initial admission. PROHIBITED ITEMS PROHIBITED ITEMS The following items are not permitted inside Save Mart Center: Bottles or cans (baby bottles permitted), Outside food/beverages (baby food permitted), Containers of any kind, Weapons/firearms (Off duty law enforcement must check in with the Sergeant on Duty), Air horns, Banners or flags on poles, Laser pointers/pens, Spiked or studded jewelry, Helium balloons, Cameras and Audio/Video recording devices may not be permitted during certain events. 9

SAVE MART CENTER GENERAL INFORMATION ANIMALS Only pets serving as guide, signal or service pets to aid guest with disabilities and any animals that are integral part of the approved show are permitted. Guests bringing service animals may not take up additional seats unless a ticket has been purchased for the adjacent seat, but they may request accessible seating. ATM ATM machines are located in the following areas: Main Concourse behind section 109 Main Concourse behind section 117 Outside the NW doors near the Box Office BABY CHANGING STATIONS Baby changing stations are located in all family restrooms. BAG CHECK, INSPECTION & SEARCHES All guests entering Save Mart Center may be subject to a voluntary bag or clothing search. The search is voluntary because the guest can refuse, but that guest will not be permitted entry to the event. If contraband is found during a search, the guest will be asked to return the item[s] to their vehicle or discard it. BANNERS & FLAGS Guest banners and flags are only permitted if they meet the following conditions: Are not supported with sticks or poles. Do not obstruct the view of other guests or cover existing facility signs. Do not contain profane, vulgar, or derogatory comments. Are not attached to the facility in any way. CAMERAS/RECORDING DEVICES Camera policies vary for each event. Video cameras and still cameras with detachable lenses or lenses longer than 4 inches are prohibited for most special events. Non-professional cameras are permitted for Fresno State athletic events. Guests are not permitted to stand in aisles, or obstruct others from viewing the event while taking pictures. Tripods and monopods are not permitted for any event. 11

DISABLED SERVICES The following services are available to accommodate the needs of our disabled guests: Assistive Listening Devices (ALD) ALD s are available to guests for most concerts and special events. Guests may request an ALD, free of charge, at the Guest Services desk located near Section 101. Guests will be required to leave their driver s license or a credit card as a deposit. Disabled Parking Disabled Parking spaces are located in all Save Mart Center lots and are first-come first-serve. Guests must display the appropriate placard or license plate. Guests must still pay applicable parking fees. Disabled Seating Accessible and companion seating is offered on every level and in all price categories of the center. Wheelchair Accessibility Save Mart Center is fully wheelchair accessible. All restrooms, drinking fountains, phones, ATMs, and counters at points of service are accessible to guests with disabilities. FOOD & BEVERAGES Guests may not bring food and/or beverages into Save Mart Center. Food for babies and toddlers (such as baby bottles, crackers, cheerios, etc.) is allowed. LOST AND FOUND Guests who wish to claim or report lost articles, during an event, should visit the Guest Services desk located near the inside box office windows on the NW Main Concourse lobby, outside Sec. 126/101. SMOKING Smoking is prohibited within Save Mart Center. Smoking section is located outside the SE doors behind the clock tower. 13

Non-passenger vehicles, vehicles with trailers and limos are prohibited in parking lots. Tents, picnic tables, canopies, and other non-vehicular objects are prohibited in the campus Parking lots. Parking for soccer matches is located in the Lexus lot, located south of Bulldog Stadium, or in the Red lot. Parking is free and is on a first come first served basis. Overflow parking is available across cedar avenue in lot G or lot Q DISABLED PARKING A LIMITED number of Disabled parking spaces are available on a firstcome, first-serve basis near the stadium off Cedar and Bulldog Lane. HOW THE GET TO BULLDOG STADIUM FROM THE NORTH Take State Route 99 south to the Shaw Avenue exit. Turn left on Shaw. Travel east on Shaw to Cedar Avenue (approximately 15 miles). Turn left on Cedar. Stadium is 1/4 mile on your left. FROM THE SOUTH Take State Route 99 north to Freeway 41 north. Proceed to the Shaw Avenue exit, and travel east on Shaw to Cedar Avenue (approximately three miles). TICKETS STADIUM TICKET OFFICE The stadium ticket office is located on the South side of the stadium, off Cedar Ave. and Bulldog Lane. The office will open nine hours prior for a 7 p.m. kickoff and six hours prior for a 2 p.m. kickoff. CHILD POLICY All persons who are 2 and over must have a ticket for admission into the stadium. Infants under the age of 2 may not take up a seat. STUDENT TICKETS Fresno State Students must present valid University Student I.D. for admission. WILL CALL General Will Call is located at the Bulldog Ticket Office at south end of Bulldog Stadium. A photo I.D. is required to pick up tickets/credentials. FRESNO STATE TAILGATING RULES The University welcomes responsible tailgating as a part of the pageantry and culture of college sports. In order to provide a safe and enjoyable tailgating experience we ask all of our fans to follow these established campus rules and guidelines: TAILGATING DEFINED Tailgating is any gathering of people outside of a venue in conjunction with an athletic event. Tailgating is limited to athletic department controlled parking lots and is not permitted in other campus lots. Tailgating begins in athletic department lots four (4) hours prior to game time. Tailgating may not take place while the game is in progress (two people may stay to safeguard their area). All tailgating must be cleared and vehicles out of lots within two (2) hours of the completion of the game. FOOD AND BEVERAGES Consumption of alcohol is not permitted on campus outside of athletic department controlled parking lots. Only those in your party may be served food and beverage at your tailgate. Food and beverage may not be provided to the general public. Only contracted food vendors have permission to serve the general public. Alcohol cannot be sold in any manner, direct or indirect (as in price of admission) unless by the University concessionaire or a licensed caterer. No one under age 21 is permitted to consume alcoholic beverages. Catering vehicles must have the required parking pass to be admitted to a parking lot. No glass or charcoal is permitted in any parking lots. You may provide your own tailgating supplies (tables, chairs, tents) for your area. However, only Bargain Party (431-1234), Fresno State Athletics preferred provider of tailgate supplies will be admitted into any Athletic Department controlled lots. No other companies will be permitted in our lots. Tailgaters are responsible for cleaning up all trash within their tailgating area upon departure. AUTOMOBILE PARKING All vehicles must have a parking pass with tear off portion attached to enter the lot. Once in the lot the parking pass needs to be hung from the mirror or placed on dashboard. All cars are parked by parking attendants in the order they arrive in the lot. Vehicles must be parked within their stall and space may not be held for another vehicle. 33

Non-passenger vehicles, vehicles with trailers, RV s and limos are prohibited in auto parking areas except for the Brown Lot (Lot Y) located north of Barstow next to the Ag Pavilion. Parking stalls are nine feet wide and all items (chairs, tables, tents, etc.) must be kept within this nine foot width in front of or behind the vehicle. PICNIC SPACES All vehicles must have a parking pass with tear off portion attached to enter the lot. Once in the lot the parking pass needs to be hung from the mirror or placed on dashboard. Vehicles with picnic passes must be parked within the boundaries of the picnic space. OTHER INFORMATION Wet Field Policy All grass parking lots are subject to closure due to in climate weather. Please check conditions and alternative parking options on game day through local media (TV, Radio, newspaper). The following are not allowed in all campus parking lots: drinking contests, beer kegs (except by licensed caterer), non-portable furniture (couches, etc.), any material promoting a commercial entity, and distribution of any promotional material. The University reserves the right to determine the appropriateness of any item or activity. Tailgaters must comply with all applicable University, city, state and federal rules, policies, ordinances and laws. Persons found in violation may be asked to leave the campus, be fined or cited, and may jeopardize their future authorization to attend future Fresno State Athletics events. Fresno State is committed to a policy of responsible consumption of alcohol. It is our sincere intent that all fans have a safe and enjoyable experience while visiting our campus. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, please contact the University Police Department at 559-278-2132. ENTRANCE & SEATING PLAYER/GUEST ENTRANCE If you are receiving a ticket from a Fresno State football player, your ticket will be available at the Player/Guest Entrance, located west of the Bulldog Ticket Office on the South end of Bulldog Stadium. All guests must present photo I.D. The Player/Guest Entrance will open two hours prior to game time. SPECTATOR ENTRANCES There are 7 entrances for general spectators around the perimeter of the stadium. Please enter through the gate nearest to your seat to avoid congestion STUDENT ENTRANCE The student entrance is located in the southeast corner of the stadium. Only students are permited to enter through this entrance. 35

RECRUIT ENTRANCE Recruits can receive their complimentary admission at the Recruit Entrance, located to the west of the Bulldog Ticket Office on the South end of Bulldog Stadium. All guests must present photo I.D. The Recruit Entrance will open two hours prior to game time. VISITORS WILL CALL/PLAYER GUEST Player guests of visiting teams or fans from visiting teams that bought tickets from the visiting school can pick up their ticket(s) at the Visitor Will Call Entrance, located west of the Bulldog Ticket Office on the South end of Bulldog Stadium. All guests must present photo I.D. The Visitors Will Call Entrance will open two hours prior to game time. NO RE-ENTRY POLICY Persons leaving the stadium will not be re-admitted. There are no in-andout privileges. ENTRANCE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES There is an entrance located at the southeast end of the stadium for persons with disabilities. Anyone using a wheelchair or motorized transport unit is encouraged to enter through this gate. WHEELCHAIR SEATING Wheelchair seating is available throughout the stadium. These areas are for patrons who use a wheelchair and their guest. No other person can be seated in this area. All restrooms are wheelchair accessible. For more information on wheelchair seating, please contact the Ticket Office at 559-278-DOGS. GENERAL INFORMATION ALCOHOL POLICY There are no alcohol sales or consumption of alcohol in Bulldog Stadium. Alcohol or alcohol containers are prohibited from entering Bulldog Stadium. Stadium ushers and security will enforce this rule. Intoxicated individuals will be removed from the stadium. WATER Unopened plastic bottles of water smaller than 1 liter will be allowed in the stadium. GATE CHECK To enhance the enjoyment and personnel security for our fans; when entering the stadium, please remember that all items will be subject to search, those items such as purses, thermos containers, jackets and blankets are included in this policy. At no time will backpacks, duffel bags, strollers, ice chests or any other large containers be allowed in the stadium. This policy will help insure the comfort and security for all patrons. FIRST-AID The First Aid Station is located below the rear of the Press Box on the West side of the Stadium. LOST AND FOUND The Lost and Found is located at the Bulldog Ticket Office on the south side of the stadium. Found articles should be turned over to an usher. NCAA RULES & REGULATIONS The Fresno State Athletic Department is committed to full compliance with all NCAA rules and regulations. In addition, the University is responsible for ensuring that all of its student-athletes, coaches, faculty, staff, alumni, benefactors, fans, and friends are aware of and comply with NCAA rules and regulations are adhered to. By adhering to the letter and intent of all NCAA regulations, you will help Fresno State maintain its commitment of excellence and integrity, both academically and athletically. The loyalty and support demonstrated by our alumni, fans, and friends is unparalleled. We ask that you help Fresno State maintain its commitment to excellence by reviewing this summary of NCAA rules and regulations. I. REPRESENTATIVE OF ATHLETIC INTERESTS According to NCAA regulations, a representative of Fresno State s athletics interests (or booster) is any person who: Is an alumnus of California State University, Fresno (Fresno State) Has ever participated with or was a member of any athletics department fan support group (e.g. Quarterback Club, Hoops Club, Diamond Club, etc.), Has ever made a donation to the Fresno State Athletics Department, Bulldog Foundation, Green V Foundation, and/or a fan support group, Is, or ever was, a season ticket holder in any sport, Has ever helped arrange for summer and/or vacation employment for an enrolled or prospective student-athlete, or Has been involved, in any way, in the promotion of Fresno State s athletics program. Please note: once you are considered an athletics representative, you maintain that designation indefinitely. II. PROSPECTIVE STUDENT-ATHLETE According to NCAA regulations, a prospective student-athlete is any student who has started classes for the ninth (9th) grade. In addition, any student who has not started classes for the ninth grade becomes a prospective student-athlete if the institution or representative of the institution s athletics interests provides such a student (or the student s relative or friend) with any financial assistance or other benefit(s) that the institution does not provide to prospective students generally. III. RECRUITING Only coaches or athletic department staff members are permitted to be involved in the process of recruiting prospective student-athletes. Representatives of Fresno State s athletics interests are prohibited from contacting a prospective student-athlete or members of his/ her family by telephone, letter, e-mail or in person for the purpose of encouraging participation in athletics at Fresno State. Moreover, athletics representatives are prohibited from scouting prospective studentathletes on behalf of a Fresno State athletic program. Consequently, it is not permissible for an athletics representative to observe a prospective student-athlete in practice or competition and report their observations of the prospect s ability to a Fresno State coach. 38

IV. EXTRA BENEFITS An extra benefit is any special arrangement by an institutional staff member or a representative of the institution s athletic interests to provide a prospective or enrolled student-athlete or his/her family with a benefit not specifically authorized by NCAA regulations. Extra benefits that are not authorized by NCAA regulations would include, but are not limited to: Cash or loans of any amount, Co-signing or arranging a loan, Gifts or free services (e.g., airline ticket, meals at a restaurant, use of an automobile, etc.) Rent-free or reduced-cost housing, Employment of a student-athlete at a rate higher than the wages paid for similar work, or payment to a student-athlete for work not performed.
