In all leagues and tournaments if a team is caught using a non-rostered player, the team will be forced to forfeit the game. Summary of most common questions. - Individuals utilizing this facility do so at their own risk. - ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY. Verbal and/or physical abuse will not be tolerated INDIVIDUALS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY. - Team Roster must be filled out completely before the start of each league/tournament and turned in before the first game. - The team manager, coach or team representative is responsible for the conduct of all players, and for the conduct of all the team s spectators. - Team managers are responsible to ensure that all players have registered with E2PRODIGY management and are listed on the team s roster. - To avoid a forfeit fee ($50.00), E2P will need to receive in writing the cancellation/reschedule 48hrs before the game. - Any player or coach receiving a red card must immediately leave the facility.

- There are only 2 managers/coaches allowed on the bench with the rostered players. - NO CLEATS ALLOWED - Games start on the hour. - A team must have a minimum of 3 players on the field to be able to start. - Stoppage of time is made for removal of injured players from the field of play for treatment, or removal from an ejected player or fan. - Headers or Scissor kicks in which they do not land on their feet are allowed as long as they are not considered a dangerous play for the opponent. - Clock will only be stopped for a red card, severe injury or intentionally kicking the ball out. - We reserve the right to refuse play and or service to anyone. Slide Tackles: Futsal is a minimum contact sport. However, some contact may occur, as long as it is done in a legal manner. It cannot be done by play that is careless, reckless, or with excessive force. Slide tackling is allowed in futsal under certain conditions, if in the opinion of the referee: 1) No opponents are nearby, a player may slide to intercept or direct the ball. No foul results. 2) The slide is dangerous to an opponent, but no contact is made. Dangerous play foul results in an Indirect Free Kick. 3) Contact is made with an opponent in a careless, reckless or excessive force manner (or if referees believe that such

contact could have resulted). An accumulated foul results in a Direct Free Kick. Exceptions The GK is allowed to slide in an attempt to clear a free ball, if in referees judgment, the slide is an attempt to only make contact with the ball, not the opponent. If GK slide is at least careless (a foot head on, in air, a hook, rolling tackle) it is a foul and possibly a cardable offense. A field player may slide in instances where there is not an opponent close by and no injury is likely to occur. This would most likely happen when a player is attempting to stop the ball from going out of bounds or an offensive player sliding to knock the ball into the goal where there are not other defensive players close to the play. Players and coaches should use this general rule. If you slide tackle near a player, assume a foul may be called. Futsal Court GOALKEEPER BOX
