If there are more entries for an event than will be accepted, the players/pairs will qualify for the main draw according to the rule 6.1.5 of the BE Junior Circuit regulations. It is required that every event in a particular BEC Junior Circuit tournament has at least 8 competitors (i.e. actual competitors, not merely entries). If the required number of competitors is not met, this particular event shall not count towards any ranking. In accordance with BWF s General Competition Regulations, an event must contain at least one entry from a Member Association other than the hosting Association. If an event does not contain at least one entry from a Member Association other than the hosting Association, this particular event shall not count towards any ranking. BADMINTON EUROPE and the Cyprus Badminton Federation are not liable for any costs incurred by third persons (players, coaches, umpires,
team managers etc.) because of an event not having enough competitors to count for the rankings. SEEDING DRAW Seeding shall be done by Badminton Europe according to the BWF Junior Ranking Tuesday March 27, 2018. The draw will be done by Badminton Europe PRIZES Trophies will be presented to the winners ENTRY FEES Singles: 30 per player Doubles: 20 per player The Member Association that enters a player into a tournament is responsible for paying the entry fees for that player. The entry fees become due if a player is entered and has not been withdrawn when the entry deadline has passed. It is recommended that the entry fees are paid by bank transfer, but the organisers can accept cash payment at the tournament before a player s first scheduled match. VISA DRUG TESTING TRANSPORT After entering a player(s) in the tournaments it is the Member Association's responsibility to secure visas for their players - if this is needed. Member Association s must make sure that visa applications are made early enough. The Tournaments Organisers will help, if needed, the entered players to get a visa. According to Cyprus Law, Drug Testing may be carried out on a random basis at any time Transport will be provided between Larnaca Airport and the official hotels. On arrival at Larnaca you should look out for KAPNOS AIRPORTS SHUTTLES http://www.kapnosairportshuttle.com Make sure you get on one of these buses. Upon arrival at the bus terminal in Nicosia, you will be taken to your hotel (official hotel only) by a taxi or minibus. The cost of round trip transportation (both ways) from Larnaca Airport to the official hotel is 16 per person payable at the same time with the entry fees. In order to be met at your arrival, please inform us about your flight details filling in the attached Travel Details Form by Friday March 16, 2018. If someone travels to Cyprus from Paphos airport there will be a total round trip transportation cost from Paphos airport to the official hotel of 30 per person payable at the same time with the entry fees. Transport will also be provided by the organizer between the official hotels and the tournament hall free of charge. Buses will run according to a time schedule. DEPARTURES Players should not plan their departure less than two (2) hours after their last match is planned to conclude
