He will report on the two companies, cost, and operations at the next monthly meeting. NEW BUSINESS: Incident/Accident Report A recent incident was the topic of the importance of reporting even minor incidents. There are Incident/Accident Report sheets in a box at the rifle and at the pistol ranges. They are to be filled out and given to Chance. There was discussion as to whether such reports need to be submitted to our insurance company and Chance will look into that. Match Promotion Chance asked that each discipline chair send him information about upcoming matches and he will see that that information gets forwarded to the news media and in the newsletter. Match Schedule Chance stated that it is time to start working on the match schedule for next year. He would like to have the schedule ready by the end of this year. New Membership- Dave Finke recommended the following for Membership: Earl B. Mitchell, Jr., Robert Pearce, Robert T. Smith, Brian R. Bourne, and spouse Candace Bourne. Questions were raised as to cost, is it a flat fee or per frames, and how many need repair. MOTION III: Richard Roof moved that Chance get the price per frame and that wood be billed directly to the club. Seconded and approved. Range Clean-up: It was noted that there are several broken frames, other debris and a large metal fan that needs to be removed. Chance said that he would have the items disposed of and that would come under Continuing Maintenance cost. There being no other business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:30 pm. October 2015 Page 5 JPRPC BB Match Results 9-27-15 Welcome to all that attended the September BB silhouette match! I am sorry to say we did not reach our 40 entry challenge. We missed a couple of regulars and hope to see everyone at our final match of the 2015 season October 11, 2015. Please note this is the second Sunday of the month. First time silhouette shooter Jared Boarman shot the Tactical SB course with acceptable results. Jared then decided to shoot CF Tactical with his scoped ACC Blackout. Jared posted a remarkable score of 34 on the long range BB targets. This first time performance is awarded by being our Tactical Match Winner! Congratulations Jared, you set the bar quite high for future matches. Thank you for attendng our match. We look forward to seeing you again. For those that attended know all targets were setup during this match, Field Pistol,Tactical and Big Bore. This setup probably still needs some adjustment in the fact our range width will only permit so many targets. Please make any suggestions that may improve target positioning and visibility. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you to each one that help set targets throughout the day. This your range to enjoy and your help makes each match a success!
