Martin begins his senior year after being rewarded this offseason with a scholarship. Marty saw a lot of action last season and started several games at the point for us. He possesses excellent leadership skills, as well as lightning quick ability to push the ball up the court. Martin continues to be one of the best in the Pac-10 in assist-toturnover ratio. Ayinde Ubaka Junior Guard 6-4 200 2V Oakland, CA Oakland HS 1 Ayinde is coming off a sophomore campaign in which he missed several games due to a broken foot. He has worked very hard and has shown outstanding progress both on and off the floor. In Italy this past August, he showed his resolve, determination and leadership by posting 19 ppg and 9 apg. Ayinde is a big strong guard who is athletic, can see the floor and is an outstanding shooter. Look for Ayinde to have a breakout season this year. Omar is long and sneaky athletic. He has a nice shooting touch and runs the floor extremely well. Omar has proven he will be a scorer for us and averaged 18 ppg in Italy this past August. In my 28 years as a head coach, I have never coached a more likeable and personable studentathlete as Omar.
