Old Business: M&Ws Golf Tournament is scheduled for 11/8 at the Kissimmee Bay Country Club. Registration at 730am, tee off at 830am. Flyer attached to these minutes. Lodges requested to make 1 team per lodge and to sponsor at least 1 hole. Elections will be held in December. In order to vote you must be paid up on your 2014 AND 2015 dues by our November meeting. Scott Roberts brought up that he is planning on writing legislation for the next Grand Lodge session to allow Lodges to open and conduct business in the Entered Apprentice Degree. Anyone interested in being a part of the process or helping to make sure it is written and technically correct, please see him. For next year s visits, he will not be reading the GMs message Recommended the Lodges form a District Degree team again for the competition M&Ws Golf Tournament wants each lodge to get at least 1 team together. If you don t golf, offer to help Bro. Ed Smallwood with planning and other jobs needed The 17 th Dist set the standard in GM Visits across the states. In order to keep it up, he recommended the M&Ws association appoint a committee to look into creating fund raisers to help pay for the visit next year so the Lodges aren t assessed extra money.
