BIG SHOUT-OUT! Congratulations to the Girls Red Devils Swim and Dive Team. They took 7th overall in the SEC Championship meet, but had many multiple individual highlights. Sydney Block was named 2nd team all-sec conference for the 50 Free and 1st team all-sec Conference for the 100 Free. Sophomore, Maya Herzog, took 5th in the 100 Fly, and took a close 4th place in the 100 Backstroke. She also earned an Honorable Mention for her contributions to the team. Great Job Ladies! In addition, all men interested in joining the Boys Swim and Dive team should come to the meeting tomorrow at the pool, at 5:30PM. Thank you and Go Red Devils! This is a professional learning day for teachers and as students you are off on that day. The junior session will run from 7:30-11:45, and the sophomore test will take place from 12:30 to 2:30. Please sign up in advance of the date in room 151. Can you write poetry? Do you like rapping lyrics? If so, the Kenosha County Community is encouraging students or groups of students to participate in a poetry, rap and/or video challenge. The poetry or rap contest is a minimum of 16 line/ bar or more. The poetry, rap or video challenge should focus on the theme: The Healing Power of Kindness. The student or groups of students should explain clarity of thought about the kindness. All lyrics must be clean for poetry, rap, and video challenge. Stay tune for more information
Boys Basketball Try-Out Info Pick up the tryout practice schedule and athletic forms from Coach Shawnelle Gross in room 154. All forms must be turned in to Mrs. Smith in room 151 in order for you to tryout. Seniors The Bradford Alumni Association is awarding 15 scholarships in the amount of $21,773 for the 2019 graduating seniors. The application is on the Bradford Scholarship site and is due to Mrs. Mars April 10th. College Career Mount Mary University will be at Bradford November 5th at 8 am in room 219. Mount Mary is a private campus of about 1,300 students located in Milwaukee. They offer Division 3 sports in basketball, golf, volleyball, cross country, tennis, softball and soccer.
