This year, over 90% are repeated exhibitors while 9% are first-time exhibitors. In order to maintain good quality service to exhibitors, we should ensure the repeated exhibitors and the first-time exhibitors this year will be properly served again in next edition. 5

Despite the Fair has closed for one day due to Typhoon Signal no.10, the satisfaction level of exhibitors are picking up this year, of which ratings 9 and 10 have recorded a rise of 1% and 3% respectively. More than half of the exhibitors (55%) give rating 6-10 in 2018. 6

The organiser performed quite good this year to look for new exhibitors and also retain the repeated exhibitors. 84% of first-time exhibitors and 80% of repeated exhibitors give ratings 6-10. 14

Mass media ranked the second with a 8% up comparing to 2017. Outdoor promotion (a 2% drop) is still the least effective out of the three. 17
