ANNOUNCEMENT: The Mount Gambier Motor Cycle Inc. hereafter called the PROMOTER will conduct interclub road racing at McNamara Park Raceway, 2 nd & 3 rd March 2019 2. JURISDICTION: 2.1. The above mentioned meeting has been authorised by Motorcycling SA Inc. which has issued the Motorcycling Australia Permit Number C1850198. All riders and sidecar passengers must be either holders of a current M.A. National or must take out a oneevent licence for the meeting. Riders in the latter category must have previous road race experience or have passed a licence testing application prior to the meeting (this can be organised by contacting the MGMC Club Coach on 0448 951 163 or by contacting a Club near you). Application for a one-event license must be made simultaneously with submission of entry form and issue of the licence is conditional upon the rider competing in only those events and on those machines as specified in the entry form. The issue of one-event licences will be at the discretion of the Secretary of Meeting, with right of appeal to the Steward as per GCR s. 13-year-old competitors with Junior Licenses endorsed for Road Racing and racing with Seniors in the 125ccGP/250ccGP Class and are also eligible to enter. 2.2. The meeting will be held in accordance with the current General Competition Rules (GCR s) Manual of Motorcycle Sport (MoMs), these Supplementary Regulations, and any final instructions approved by Motorcycling SA Inc. BY ENTERING THIS MEETING ALL PARTIES AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES, REGULATIONS, BY-LAWS AND INSTRUCTIONS. 3. ENTRIES: 3.1. Entries open forthwith and close last mail Monday 18 th February 2019. Online entries are available via Ridernet or via www.macpark.org (downloads) or Send entries to the Race Secretary at the above address or scan and email to racesec@macpark.org 3.2. In the case of postponement or abandonment of the meeting, all or any part of the entry fee may be retained by the Mt Gambier Motor Cycle Club Inc., if such retention is approved by Motorcycling SA Inc. 3.3. Only entries received on the official entry form that is accompanied by the correct fee will be accepted. 3.4. NOTE: - LATE ENTRIES AND ENTRIES WITHOUT PAYMENT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND THE RETURN OF ENTRY FEES FOR ANY RIDER WITHDRAWING FROM THE MEETING IS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE CLUB. 4. INSURANCE: 4.1. National Personal Accident Scheme provides basic cover for death and permanent disability. 4.2. Ambulance Insurance is compulsory for licensees. 4.3 IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT COMPETITORS GIVE CONSIDERATION TO TAKING OUT WEEKLY BENEFITS INSURANCE 5. MEDICAL SERVICES: Paramedics will be in attendance at all times during practice and racing on Saturday 2 nd & Sunday 3 rd March 2019

6. ENTRY FEE: 6.1. Solo Entry Fee (inc. Mandatory MSA rider levy) $240 Extra bike/s or Extra Class (not including spare bike) Entry Fee - $30 Sidecar Entry Fee (inc 2 x Mandatory MSA rider ley) - $260 One-Event Licence - $75. Note: All entry fees include $30 cost of transponder. All additional bikes will incur an extra $30 transponder fee per bike. 6.2. Payment Methods: Credit Card, Direct Deposit to Mount Gambier Motor Cycle Club Inc., BSB 633 000 Account: 155 491 426 (Please include copy of stamped deposit slip or receipt with your entry), or by personal cheque, bank cheque, money order to the above address or cash in person at one of our Track Days on the last Saturday of every month or during a committee meeting on the second Tuesday of every month. ANY FEES FOR DISHONOURED CHEQUES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ENTRANT. 6.3. Cheques and Money Orders are to be made payable to the Mount Gambier Motor Cycle Club Inc. (MGMCC Inc.) 6.4. Please Note: Acceptance Form & passes will not be sent out to you. Event & Rider listings will be posted on our website at www.macpak.org after entries close. If you cannot get access to the internet, phone 08 87266254 or 0448 951 163 for confirmation. Passes can be collected from the Scrutineering Shed when you sign in either Friday 1 st March or Saturday 2 nd March 2019 7. ENTRY PASSES: Each Solo Rider entered shall receive 2 passes for each day. Each Sidecar Rider entered shall receive 3 passes for each day. Participants quoting a current Entrants Licence shall receive 1 extra pass for each day. Additional passes may be ordered on the entry form. No passes required for Friday practice 8 CLASSES OF COMPETITION SOLOS: VETERAN Period 1 (up to 31 December 1919) VINTAGE Period 2 (1920-1945)-125cc, 250cc, 300cc, 500cc, Unlimited CLASS C (Pre 1951) 500cc Over Head Valve& 750 Side Valve (Hand Change) Rigid Frame CLASSIC Period 3 (1946-1962) -125cc, 250cc, 350cc, 500cc & Unlimited POST CLASSIC Period 4 (1963-1972) - 125cc, 250cc, 350cc, 500cc, Unlimited FORGOTTEN ERA Period 5 (1973-1982) 125cc, 250cc, 350cc, 500cc, 600 and Unlimited NEW ERA Period 6 (1983-1990) - 125cc, 250cc, 350cc, 500cc and Unlimited MODERN( 1990 0nwards)- 125cc SIDECARS: All sidecars including Modern and Trails 9. AWARDS (See table at end of Sup Regs.) Trophies First, second and third overall points scorers receive trophies unless indicated otherwise and according to the following numbers of competitors: - Races of where there is one entrant only in a class, no award/trophy will be awarded, 2 to 3 competitors - first only; Races of 4 to 6 competitors - first and second, Races of 7 or more competitors first, second and third. Number of award/trophies per class will be based on numbers at official close of entries. No late entries after official program is printed. Period of Holding Awards Awards to be picked up at the Presentation Ceremony following the race meeting. If you are unable to attend the ceremony, please nominate someone to collect for you. Awards/Trophies will not be held. 10. ENTRIES TO CONSTITUTE A CLASS: Should there be insufficient entries in any class of competition; the decision to run or cancel the class, or to combine events and re-distribute any awards will be at the discretion of the club, subject to Motorcycling SA Inc. approval. 11 RACE FORT: 11.1 All machines entered must comply with the current MoMs for Road Race competition. Attention is drawn to the following points. All modern, Period 4, 5 & 6 machines must have engine end case protectors fitted as per MoMs. 11.2 Multiple entry of the one machine in the same class of competition is not permitted. 11.3 Change of machine by permission of Clerk of Course, original allocated number to be fitted. 11.4 Spare machines MUST be entered and scrutineered at official scrutineering. 11.5 Wherever possible, competitors will be allocated their registered riding numbers or their preferred riding number. All others will be allocated numbers at the Club s discretion. 11.6 All number plates on all machines MUST comply with MoMs. 12 GRID POSITIONS: 12.1 For all classes starting positions will be determined by timed Qualifying Session(s) on Saturday 2 nd March 2019. If unable to qualify starting position for races on Saturday and Sunday will be at rear of grid. 13 RIDERS BRIEFING: A riders briefing will be held prior to the commencement of racing, which ALL competitors MUST attend. All riders MUST sign in at Riders Brief to be held on Saturday 2 nd March 2019 at 8.15am at Clubrooms 14 DRUG AND OR ALCOHOL TESTING:

14.1 All competitors and officials are advised that as part of the and MSA drug education program, drug testing may take place at any competition in accordance with Australian Sports Commission policy as implemented by the Australian Sports Drug Agency and the Motorcycling SA Drug and Alcohol Policy. 14.2 If any doubts exist over banned substances it is recommended competitors contact the Drugs in Sport Hotline, tel 1800 020 506. When drug testing takes place, the payment of prize money may be delayed at the Motorcycling SA Inc. discretion until the results of the tests are known. 15 CODE OF CONDUCT: All competitors, officials and parents are reminded of the Motorcycling Australia by-law - CODE OF CONDUCT (as stipulated in the MoMs), which is a guide to appropriate behaviour at all motorcycle race meetings. This CODE OF CONDUCT applies to this Meeting and will be enforced. 16 TIMETABLE: Saturday 2 nd March 7-30am- 9am Scrutineering. Practice and Qualifying from 9.00am with racing to commence after qualifying. Sunday Limited Practice as deemed by Clerk of Course. For the purposes of drug and alcohol testing, the commencement of the meeting will be deemed to be 7:30am with the completion of the meeting for the participant being a half hour after the last event. 17 CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION: Races will be conducted on a sealed course of 2.4 Km in a clockwise direction. 18 STARTS: All races will be clutch start. Starting will be by lights; RED - for prepare to start, RED light off - for start. An amber light will flash if a start is aborted. 19 RACING: All heats, races and laps for all Classes as laid out in Awards table at the end of Sup Regs. 20 NOISE: As Per MoMs 21 GST: The Goods and Services Tax affects the payment of prizemoney. If you do not provide an ABN or declare the sport is a hobby, the Promoter must withhold 48.5% of prizemoney over $50.00 which is otherwise payable to you. Please tick one of the boxes on the entry form and if appropriate provide your ABN to ensure the full amount of prize money is paid to you. 22 SPECIAL NOTES AND WARNINGS: 22.1 Pit Enclosure The pit enclosure is a dead engine area, except the bitumised entry & exit roads. 22.2 NO BURNOUTS- PENALTIES APPLY STARTING AT $500 and or loss of points at the discretion of the Club 22.3 Scrutineering All riders must wear racing apparel. All machines with fairings must have the belly pan removed and all old scrutineering stickers must be removed. 22.4 Garages A limited number of powered garages available in the pit area at $80 per bay for the weekend. One bay per entry. (Comfortably fits 2 bikes) Sheds 37-42 are available at $150 per bay for the weekend. Only one bay per entry. (Comfortably fits 4 bikes) Bookings will only be accepted on receipt of Entry form when accompanied by full payment 22.5 All Historic machines must have log books presented at machine examining or no start. As per MoMs. 22.6 Timing: Timing will be electronic and EACH machine will be allocated a transponder; the hire charges are included in the entry fee. Riders will be responsible for the safe return of their transponders and a fee will be charged for loss or damage. Before transponders are handed over, competitors will need to provide security of $50 cash or Credit Card details to the hirer at the track. The security will be handed back when the transponders are returned in good order to the hirer. 22.7 Camping Bushland style camping is available for a fee of $10 per person per day. Under 16 free. Camping can commence 4pm Wednesday 27 th February till 10am Monday 4 th March 2019 22.8 NO ALCOHOL PERMITTED IN THE PIT AREA AS PER MoMs 22.9 NO ANILS PERMITTED WITHIN THE CIRCUIT BOUNDARY AS PER GCR'S. 22.10 UNATTENDED CHILDREN ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THEIR PARENTS.
