Information can also be found on the project website: www.southernblvdbridge.com http://www.d4fdot.com/pbfdot/southern_boulevard_sr80_bridge_replacement.asp (2) TOWN-WIDE UNDERGROUNDING: PHASE 1 NORTH (ONONDAGA AVE. TO EAST INLET DRIVE) VARIOUS LOCATIONS : Crew will be going to various locations within the Phase 1 North area installing curb sections in front of some of the transformers. NORTH OCEAN BLVD.: Horizontal directional drilling from Arabian north to Indian Rd. INDIAN ROAD / LAKE COURT: Horizontal directional drilling from Indian Rd. down Lake Court. PHASE 2 NORTH (OSCEOLA WAY TO ONONDAGA AVE) FPL WORK NORTH LAKE WAY: Horizontal Directional Drilling to continue from Seagate south to Osceola way for the installation of FPL, COMCAST, and AT&T conduits. "LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY", one lane of traffic to be maintained on all roads being worked on in both phases. (3) ROYAL PALM WAY IRRIGATION IMPROVEMENTS: Continuing through early November the Town s contractor will be working in the medians on Royal Palm Way from the Royal Park Bridge east to S. Ocean Blvd. The median cuts are expected to be closed as needed. There are no anticipated lane closures. Flaggers, advanced warning signs and traffic control devices will be present to assist with traffic flow.

(4) RECREATION CENTER PROJECT (Construction): Construction of the Town s Recreation Center building will continue. The public is cautioned to be aware of multiply large trucks leaving the site and traveling on Royal Palm Way (westbound traffic) as construction continues on the Recreation Center s foundations. The Town s construction manager for this project is Hedrick Brothers Construction. Assistant Director, Town of Palm Beach Public Works Department, at 561-838-5440. (5) FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT STREETLIGHT INSTALLATION: (South Ocean Boulevard from Sloan s Curve to Lake Ave): Florida Power and Light contractors will continue installing streetlights on South Ocean Boulevard from Sloan's Curve south to Lake Avenue. The streetlight installation is anticipated to be completed by mid November 2018. During the installation of the streetlights, the contractor will be periodically closing the southbound lane of South Ocean Boulevard. Please be aware and follow all advanced warning signs and traffic control devices. Flaggers will be present to direct traffic as needed. (Onondaga Ave. north to the Northern Town Limits): Florida Power and Light contractors will continue installation of streetlights in the North end of the Town from Onondaga Ave. north to E. Inlet Dr. The streetlight installations in this location are anticipated to be completed by mid-november 2018. During the installation of the streetlights, the contractor will be periodically closing one lane portions of North Ocean Boulevard, North Lake Way, East Inlet Drive, and Onondaga Ave. Please be aware and follow all advanced warning signs and traffic control devices. Flaggers will be present to direct traffic as needed. (6) SIGNALIZATION AND MAST ARM IMPROVEMENTS: At the intersections of Cocoanut Row and Clarke Avenue and at Bradley Place and Sunrise Avenue the Town s contractor will continue with the mast arm and signalization improvements project. The contractor will be closing the west end of Clarke Avenue and Sunrise Avenue to through traffic for foundation installation and installation of signal conduit. They will also be closing a lane on Bradley Place at Sunrise Avenue as part of the signalization project. Please be aware and follow all advanced warning signs and traffic control devices. Flaggers will be present to direct traffic as needed. Pedestrians should be aware of this work and follow the construction signage as the sidewalks will be closed for the construction. (7) HOLIDAY TREES: The Town s vendor will be installing the Holiday trees at the intersection of Hibiscus Ave and Worth Ave and at Town Square beginning on Friday, November 16 and on Saturday, November 17, 2018. The intersection of Worth Ave and Hibiscus Ave will be closed from 8:00 a.m. until Noon on Friday and from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Town Square installation will begin Saturday, November 17 at Noon and continue until 6:00 p.m. Traffic cones and advance warning signs will be in place to help direct traffic. (8) STREET LIGHT DECORATIONS: The installation of decorations on street lights will begin on Saturday, November 17, 2018. This work includes the streetlights on Royal Palm Way, Royal Poinciana Way, County Rd. and Worth Ave. This will require periodic lane closures and vehicles will work in parking stalls when available. Traffic cones and advance warning signs will be in place to help direct traffic.

(9) AT&T: AT&T and their contractor will be directional boring on Cocoanut Row between Royal Palm Way and Australian Avenue: The parallel parking spaces will be blocked on the west side of Cocoanut Row for construction equipment from the Northwest corner of Royal Palm Way to the Northwest corner of Australian Avenue. The Pedestrian sidewalk will be blocked on west side of Cocoanut Row beginning at the Northwest corner of Royal Palm Way to the Northwest corner of Australian Ave and pedestrians will be diverted to east side of Cocoanut Row. Two way Traffic will be maintained on Cocoanut Row North/South from Royal Palm Way to Australian Avenue with flagmen in place for safety. Two-way vehicle Traffic on Brazilian Avenue East/West will remain at the intersection of Cocoanut Row with the parking spaces on north side of Brazilian Avenue west of Cocoanut Row blocked for construction equipment. One-way traffic eastbound will be maintained on Australian Avenue at the intersection of Cocoanut Row with the parking spaces on the North side of Australian Avenue starting at Cocoanut Row blocked for construction equipment. For the installment of an AT&T hand hole, the pedestrian sidewalk on the north side of Australian Avenue from Hibiscus Avenue to Cocoanut Row will be closed. Pedestrians will be detoured to the sidewalk on the south side of Australian Avenue between Hibiscus Avenue to Cocoanut Row. One-way traffic on Australian Avenue will be maintained and parking spaces at the location of the AT&T handhole location will be temporarily unavailable. (10) FPU GAS LINE REPLACEMENTS: Gas service connections and road restoration will take place on the following street. Traffic will be directed by flaggers. 400 Block of North lake Way 200 Block of El Pueblo Way 100 Block of Seminole Avenue (11) STREET LIGHT REPLACEMENT: The Town s electrical vendor will be installing a new streetlight at 60 Cocoanut Row following an accident. There will be a lane shift involved please watch for flaggers and there will be advance warning signs.

(12) SANITARY SEWER MAINTENACE: The Town s Public Works, Water Resources Department will be performing routine maintenance on the sanitary sewer system. Work will be on South Ocean Boulevard between Southern Boulevard and Barton Avenue. The Water Resources Department will be working at multiply locations and anticipates being at each location 1-2 hours. There will be intermittent lane closures with Flagmen present to control traffic. (13) AT&T: AT&T and their contractor will be paving on Cocoanut Row between Sea breeze Avenue and Sea Spray Avenue. The work is anticipated to be on Tuesday November 13. Traffic will be maintained with signage and flaggers. TOWN REMINDERS: 1. Private construction projects are limited to three (3) on-street parking permits. Adherence to this rule will improve the effectiveness of the crews collecting vegetation from the right of way. 2. Landscape contractors and residents; regular collection schedules have resumed, per ordinance, during the months of May through and including the month of October, trash may be placed on the public right-of-way, adjacent to the property from which it came, not more than three days prior to the scheduled day of collection. RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMITS: 1. There will be a lane closure and lane restriction on Cocoanut Row by AT&T for use of the road right of way to access manholes for the installation of new fiber optic cable. The work is scheduled to begin on September 5, 2018 and end on November 21, 2018. The work is authorized by Right of Way Permit Number U-18-01839. 2. There will be lane closure on Bradley Place (East Side) for use of the road right of way for access to manholes and a directional bore for installation of conduit. The work is scheduled to begin on September 5, 2018 and end on November 21, 2018. The work is authorized by Right of Way Permit Number U-18-01838. 3. There will lane closures by AT&T on Cocoanut Row and Australian Avenue for use of the road right of way for accessing manholes and installing hand holes along Cocoanut Row and Australian Avenue. The work is scheduled to begin on September 7, 2018 and end on November 21, 2018. The work is authorized by Right of Way Permit Number U-18-01839. 4. There will be a periodic lane closures Town wide for use of the road right of way for trimming palm trees. The work started on September 17, 2018 and will end on December 31, 2018. The work is authorized by Right of Way Permit Number U-18-02014. 5. There will be lane closures located at Royal Palm Way, Royal Poinciana Way and Cocoanut Row and various locations for use of the road right of way by Zimmerman Tree Service. The work is begin done as a Town contractor and they will be doing tree trimming and removals utilizing bucket trucks and chippers. The work is scheduled to begin on October 15, 2018 and will end on December 31, 2018. The work is authorized by Right of Way Permit Number U-18-02143.

6. There will be a lane closure located at 144 Seminole Avenue for use of the road right of way for trucks and delivery of construction materials. The work is scheduled to begin on October 23, 2018 and will end on November 23, 2018. The work is authorized by Right of Way Permit Number U- 18-02168. 7. There will be a lane closure located on Cocoanut Row and Seaview Avenue by AT&T s contractor for use of the road right of way for a directional bore for the installation of three conduits. The work is scheduled to begin on October 18, 2018 and will end on November 19, 2018. The work is authorized by U-18-02154. 8. There will be lane closures on Sunset Avenue adjacent to Testas for use of the road right of way to excavate the roadway to make utility connection for the new building. The work is schedule to be completed on November 21, 2018. The work is authorized by Right of Way Permit Number U- 18-02071. 9. There will be lane closures located at 293 El Pueblo Way, 1284 North Lake Way, 1105 North Lake Way and east of 1098 North Lake Way for use of the road right of way for the replacement of Florida Power and Light power poles at the above mentioned four (4) locations. The work is scheduled to begin on October 28, 2018 and will end on November 21, 2018. The work is authorized by Right of Way Permit Number U-18-02177. 10. There will periodic lane closures located at 280 North Ocean Boulevard for use of the road right of way for renovation of existing sidewalk and driveway entry. The work is scheduled to begin on October 26, 2018 and will end on November 21, 2018. The work is authorized by Right of Way Permit Number U-18-02203. 11. There will be a lane closure located 230 North Ocean Boulevard for use of the road right of way for the demolition of the existing house. The work is scheduled to begin on October 24, 2018 and will end on November 23, 2018. The work is authorized by Right of Way Permit Number U-18-02188. 12. There will be a road closure located 25 Middle Road for use of the road right of way by a crane to hoist a generator onto the roof of the property owner. The closure is from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and traffic will be detoured to Dunbar Road. The road closure is scheduled to begin on November 13, 2018 and will end on November 13, 2018. The work is authorized by Right of Way Permit Number U-18-02289. 13. There will be a lane closure located at 1556 North Ocean Boulevard for use of the road right of way for unloading and loading a construction equipment. The work is scheduled to begin on November 12, 2018 and will end on November 14, 2018. The work is authorized by Right of Way Occupancy Permit Number U-18-02296. 14. There will be lane closure located at 363 Cocoanut Row for use of the road right of way by a crane to hoist an air conditioning unit onto the roof. The work is scheduled to begin on November 16, 2018 and will end on November 20, 2016. The work is authorized by Right of Way Permit Number U-18-02214.

15. There will be lane closure located 170 North Ocean Boulevard for use of the road right of way and sidewalk by a high reach machine to access the east face of the building to do concrete repairs. The work is scheduled to begin on November 6, 2018 and will end on November 14, 2018. The work is authorized by Right of Way Permit Number U-18-02294. 16. There will be a lane closure located at 130 Sunrise Avenue for use of the road right of way by a crane to hoist an air conditioning unit onto the roof. The work is scheduled to begin on November 12, 2018 and will end on November 14, 2018. The work is authorized by Right of Way Permit Number U-18-02295. 17. There will a lane closure located at 272 Southland Road for use of the road right of way for unloading and load equipment for a house demolition. The work is schedule to begin on November 8, 2018 and will end on November 16, 2018. The work is authorized by Right of Way Permit Number U-18-02307. 18. There will be a lane closure located at 210 Mira Flores Drive for use of the road right of way for unloading and loading equipment and loading debris in dump trucks for a home demolition. The work is scheduled to begin on November 9, 2018 and will end on November 15, 2018. The work is authorized by Right of Way Permit Number U-18-02245. 19. There will be a lane closure located at 434 Seaspray Avenue for use of the road right of way for the installation of gas service to connect to the gas main. The work is scheduled to begin on November 9, 2018 and will end on November 16, 2018. The work is authorized by Right of Way Permit Number U-18-02254.
