Zone 5 Dressage and Combined Training Championships DATE: Saturday 12 November 2016 VENUE: START: Taroom Show Grounds 8.00am Sharp ENTRY FEE: Qualifying Dressage $20 CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Non-qualifying Dressage $15 Qualifying Combined Training $20 Non qualifying Combined Training $15 These Zone Championships are a qualifier for the State Championships 2017. Grading Cards need to be presented except for unofficial classes. Entries must come through the Club Secretary and Cheques made payable to Taroom & District Pony Club. Each rider must provide a helper, who will be given a job and must be designated on the Entry Form. All Dressage tests will be from PCAQ Dressage Test Book, New January 2014, revised 1 st April, 2014 Callers are permitted for Dressage Tests, Except Combined Training. Ribbons to 5th place. Rugs for Champions Official Program only. Must have at least 3 competitors in the group to be eligible for a rug. Technical Delegate - GRACE BRODIE. Assistant Technical Delegate MARK HOWE. Riders may enter one competitive horse in Official Classes and one competitive horse in the Unofficial Classes OR two horses in the same section, one of which must be ridden HC. If in the same class the HC horse must be ridden second. The horse to be ridden HC must be nominated as such on the entry form. Graded horses must compete at their correct level. ALL PROTESTS TO BE IN WRITING AND HANDED TO THE PRESIDENT WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF COMPLETION OF THE EVENT AND TO BE ACCOMPAINED BY $50 FEE. This fee will be refunded if the protest is upheld. Two horse rule: A competitor may ride two horses in the same or different heights. Each horse is eligible to be placed in each class and for Overall awards. Performance Cards are required for ALL RIDERS in class 1-9 inclusive. Cards are to be presented to the organising committee before the commencement of the event. Seniors may ride in any class which must be nominated on the entry form. Points will be allocated separately for Seniors according to their actual places in each class.
