Set up of aid stations on the Run Course

The following PowerBar Products are offered: Minderal Drink: Isoactive Orange Bar: Energy Bar Berry, Energize Bar Cookies&Cream Gel (on Bike and Run Course): Power Gel Green Apple, Power Gel Strawberry Banana Personal food can be deposited at the end of each official aid station. Participants have to organize deposition and handing over by themselves. Other participants may not be hindered!! Hint Relay All participants of a relay may run to the finish together (Finish line Photo!!!) We recommend meeting on Pestalozzistraße before the fence begins to run to the finish line together (see the red ring on the map) Attention Relay-Runner Be at transition area 2 in Bad Schönborn in time!!! We recommend not to wait for the shuttle bus but to organize the transport to transition area 2 on one s own. Usually there is a lot of traffic on the streets around the finish line area so it might happen that the runner does not make it in time to the transition block when the biker of the relay arrives there. Hints after race: Bikes can be picked up between 2pm and 7:30pm at the back of transition area 2 (see map). Bikes and bags will only be handed out when the time taking chip is handed in and the bib is presented. In case an own chip is used the data is read from the chip and the bike assigned to the athlete is handed back. ATTENTION: Chip and bib are absolutely needed to pick up the bike

Treffpunkt Staffel

Massage is offered near the after race area. Results will likely be posted at Schönbornhalle! Shuttle Bus for Spectators Next to the shuttle service for athletes and spectators between transition area 1 (Hardtsee Ubstadt-Weiher) and transition area 2 (Bad Schönborn) we offer an additional shuttle service for spectators. This shuttle service is not free of charge. Between 9:15am and 2:30pm four busses visit different interesting spots on the bike course. All details regarding the detailed course of those busses, the exact departure times etc. will be published on our website.

Some remarks in personal affairs: Although it is a competition please remain fair against the other participants. Instructions of volunteers, policemen, firefighters and DRK are to be obeyed. They only act for your best. Yellow cards (= warnings) can be issued. Every participant gets 1!!! Finisher shirt. Please do not take more as other athletes might not get one then. The after race area as well as the catering offered there is intended for the participants. Every participant can eat and drink as much as he/she likes. Winners award ceremony: Prices can only be fetched up during the winners award ceremony. Prices are not being forwarded! In this spirit we wish you a nice and successful competition, stay relaxed and enjoy the day. Your team of Sparkasse IRONMAN 5150 Kraichgau presented by Kraichgau Energie
