General Information Canteens A canteen will be in operation at the facility throughout the tournament from 9am. No food is to be bought into the facility during the tournament. Smoking Lake Macquarie Regional Football Facility is a smoke free venue. Team Marquees All teams are able to bring a team marquee. These marquees are to be erected in the designated are (as marked on the aerial map). No pegs are to be used to secure these marquees down. Weights or sandbags can be used to secure marquee legs. Information Tent An information tent will be set up on site (the information tent location is also marked on the aerial map). Shin Pads Shin pads MUST be worn by all participants. Shin pads will available to purchase at the event for $15.00. No shin pads = no play Bus Parking All buses are to park in the designated bus parks at the tournament. This area has been marked on the aerial map.

Football Fives Regulations Length of Games Games will be 10 minutes each way. 2 minute break for halftime. Teams will receive: 3 points for a win 1 for a draw zero for a loss Pool placing s will be decided by points gained, followed by goal difference, followed by goals scored, followed by goals against, followed by the aggregate result between the two teams in question. If all these are still equal a coin toss will decide placings. Registration All players must be registered via PCYC tournament committee prior to competing for any team. Teams may register a maximum of 8 players. Any team playing an unregistered or suspended player will automatically lose the match 5 0 and be deducted 3 points. Players playing whilst suspended will have a further three match ban added to the end of their then current suspension. Match Attire Players must wear team uniforms including shirts, shorts and socks. Shinpads must be worn by all players. Outdoor boots with moulded soles or joggers may be worn. No screw in studs allowed. Teams Teams are required to be on the pitch and ready to begin the match at the appointed kick-off time.

If a team is more than 5 minutes late their opponents may claim a 3 0 head start. If a team has not taken the field by half-time the referee will award a 5 0 win to the opponents (and deduction of 3 points to the forfeiting team). In the event that a team refuses to play another team the match will be awarded to the other team 5 0 and the team refusing to play will be deducted 3 points In the event that a team refuses to complete a match which has already started, the match will be awarded to the other team 5 0 and the team refusing to complete the match will be deducted 3 points. If the score at the time produces a goal difference greater than 5-0 then that score will stand. All fixtures are to be played unless adverse weather conditions (Electrical Storms) make the pitches unplayable. Matches will be delayed for a minimum of 30 minutes in the event of an Electrical Storm. If a match is abandoned before half time it will be rescheduled at a later time. If the match is abandoned after half time the result at the time will stand and the match will not be replayed. Any decision to cancel a game can only be made by Football Fives management. Postponements are not allowed. Disciplinary Sanctions PLAYER SEND OFFS RED CARD (a) A Participant shall be sent from the field of play by a Referee (shown the Red Card) for the following offences as prescribed for in the Laws of the Game: Violent Conduct Serious Foul Play Foul and/or Abusive Language Persisting in Misconduct after Receiving a Caution Professional Foul The sent off Participant must remove the playing strip and leave the field. (b) A Participant sent from the field shall be penalised by an AUTOMATIC ONE (1) FIXTURE SUSPENSION. There shall be NO Appeal against this Suspension.

(c) A Participant sent from the field may be penalised additionally to the Automatic One (1) Match Suspension; further penalty may be imposed by the Competition Administrator. (d) A Participant shall serve his/her Suspension whilst his/her Team competes in the following Fixture(s) of the Current Competition or Final Series. (e) Should a Participant accumulate two (2) or more recorded Red Card Infringements during a Competition and Final Series then he/she shall serve, in addition to the AUTOMATIC ONE (1) FIXTURE SUSPENSION, a further ONE (1) FIXTURE SUSPENSION in addition to any further suspensions imposed by the Competitions Administrator. There shall be NO Appeal against this Suspension. PLAYER CAUTIONS YELLOW CARD (a) A Participant may be cautioned (shown the Yellow Card) during the course of a Fixture for any offence under the Laws of the Game as deemed necessary by the Referee. (b) A caution is administered by the Referee recording a Participant s Name and Number and the Offence committed on the back of the Team Sheet during or at the conclusion of the Fixture and may or may not involve the showing of the Yellow Card. (c) Should a Participant accumulate two (2) recorded Cautions during the tournament (noting that where a yellow card in a match is followed by a second yellow card resulting in a red card sending off neither the original nor the second yellow card shall count in the Participant s cumulative yellow card total), then he/she shall serve an AUTOMATIC ONE (1) FIXTURE SUSPENSION. There shall be NO Appeal against this Suspension. (d) Should a Participant receive a further two (2) recorded Cautions during the tournament, then he/she shall serve an AUTOMATIC TWO (2) FIXTURE SUSPENSION. There shall be NO Appeal against this Suspension.

Football Fives Rules All teams must take the field with five players. (1 goal keeper + 4 field players) Unlimited interchange will be allowed for all matches Kick off from half way No offside No throw ins No corners If the ball hits any part of the net behind the goalkeeper the ball automatically goes to the goalkeeper for a restart Goalkeepers can either pass the ball out with their feet or throw it out with their hands Goalkeepers cannot come outside of their goal circle at anytime Outfield players are allowed in the goal circle. Goalkeepers may not pick the ball up if it has been passed to them from a team mate. If a team kicks the ball out of the pitch, the match will restart with the goalkeeper of the opposing team No pushing or grinding into the rebound boards All free kicks will be indirect Serious foul play will be punishable by yellow and red cards
