Enduro bearings All the pivots turn on high quality Endure Bearings, specifically developed to support large workloads and low bearing spee. The entire design has been validated by the FEA (Finite Elements Analysis) All that has produced a 100% optimised frame. New Fox and Rock Shox suspensions. Simplifying the interaction between user and bicycle The suspensions especially developed for the Lynx, generate a floating movement that provides and very progressive behaviour, extremely sensitive and absorbing. This system allows controlling and adjusting the suspension in a more intuitive way to achieve the desired behaviour. Press fit 92 bottom bracket. Increased torsion stiffness The width of the bottom bracket allows for an increased section of the diagonal tubes and the shock-absorbers bridge, resulting in one of the lightest bikes ever, having values that increase the frame s rigidity for its maximum expression and to guarantee a minimal flexion between the front and rear triangle. Direct Mount derailleur. Easy adjustment, total precision The direct anchoring of the Direct Mount derailleur guarantees simple adjustment and maximum degrees of reliability and precision. Being fully integrated in the frame means offers an increased rigidity and an absolute precision when shifting gears. Its design simplifies its adjustment. The anchoring of the Direct Post Mount rear brake, including detachable screws, eases adjustment and reliability. Fully integrated The guiding system of cables and derailleurs is completely internal in the Lynx 6 range. It is also equipped with an internal guide in the adjustable seatpost. It incorporates the standard ISCG 05 integrated chain guide. Lynx 6 Carbon The Lynx 6 Carbon frame was constructed from a single piece of 100% monocoque carbon, offering uniformity to the entire frame and eliminating critical areas as there are no connection points between the tubes. The Lynx 6 was developed with HM (High Module T40, T30 and T24 of Toray) technology in order to offer increased rigidity with the same weight. Lynx 6 Alloy The frame of the new Lynx 6 Alloy has been manufactured in triple thickness aluminium alloy 7005-T4, T6 that guarantees its strength, lighter weight and complete rigidity. The steering tube, the pedal box, the bridge, the cam, the feet are made from cold forged 7075 aluminium and provides for these area a better weight/resistance ration. Test of finite elements 129
