The tournament will take place in the G18 Staatliche Gewerbeschule, Dratelnstr. 26, 21109 Hamburg. This is an open tournament for all Taekwon-Do practitioners. (Only the first 300 entries will be entered to participate. After this the entry will be closed). --- 2 ---
1. Tournament System: By fully occupied divisions a KO-System will be used (by caveat of the organiser). 2. Draw: The draw will be created by a random generator. 3. Time: Tournament begins at 10:00am, hall opens at 7:00am, referee meeting at 7:45 am weight and pass control, handing out of ID-Cards. Attantion: After conclusion with the Organiser you have the possibility to do the weiht and pass control on Friday, March 18th 2016, between 9:30 pm and 10:30 pm. 6. Order of events: 1. Patterns 2. Registration is possible only via the electronic system on the webpage: www.taekwondo-pur-hamburg.de Later registrations or change entry details after the 10th March 2016 is only possible by paying an amount of 3,- per person, but only until 16th March 2016. Changes on tournament day until 9:30 am is about 20,- per person. Incorrectly entered will be disqualified. --- 3 --- 9.Verification Taekwon-Do competitors from all organisations (with current school pass) or similar identification. Owner of an electronical pass have to show a pattern of their identification until the close of registration. Underage persons have to show the agreement statement of their parents at the check-in (You will find it at the end of this announcement).

12. Special technic/power test: 1. Separate class Yop Chagi (own choice) most smashed planks yields the winner.(first technique for gauge is allowed, second one counts). Execution time: 50 sec. 2. Separate class Nopi Chagi (kick upwards while leap standing start or with run-up). Hit and hight counts (afterthe beginning of the leap or run-up, first try counts). Execution time: 50 sec 3. Separate class Twimyo Bandae Dollyo Chagi (180 degree or 360 degree, own choice) Hit and hight counts. (Allowed is one try without hitting the aim, second try counts). Execution time: 50 sec.. 13. Prearrangend Sparring (min. 50 sec. max. 90 sec.) 14. Individual tul Children -13 years 5. Kup; (one optional tul) from 4 Kup (one optional and one obligatory tul) Rating criteria: max. 5 points Choreography (only team) max. 3 points technique max. 3 points power max. 3 points balance max. 3 points breathing max. 3 points rhythm 15. Fighting Single combat, Point stop: Children -13 years. Single combat, struggle through: Light contact from 14yeas Fight durations: Juniors, Adults: 2x2 min. with 1 min. break. Children: 2x1 min. with 30 sec. Break. Teamfight: 1x2 min. In bouts that end in a draw, competitors will compete in an additional round. Points: 1 point - Hand Technique (Kaunde-Nopunde) 2 points - mid-section kick (Kaunde) 3 points - high-section kick (Nopunde) 16. Weight Tolerance is +/- 0,5 kg - more than this will be disqualified, also who comes too late to the weighin. (You will be weigh only once). 17. Age The entrance age of the competitor is their age as of 19th March 2016. (team: one tul per class per gender, 3-personteams) --- 5 ---
18. Referees Referees, who have been declared in the application, will recieve an introduction guide to the referee system. (Every referee will receive a payment of 25, for being available to referee from the opening to the closing of the tournament. Payment will be made after the tournament closes at 7:00pm.) Each organisation must supply referees based on their competitor numbers: 3-5 competitors: 1 Referee 6-10 competitors: 2 Referees 11-15 competitors: 3 Referees For each unsupplied referee a fee of 25.00 will be charged. Referees must wear: dark dress trousers white trainers white business shirt with a tie will be made available. 19. Objection Costs 50 Euro and has to be given to the tournament director immediately at the end of a fight (allowed is only one objection per team and per discipline. Only the teamleader is allowed to reach in an objection.) 20. Clothing TKD Dobok groin guard worn under the trousers (only for sparring) Safeties: only correct safety equipment willbe accepted (can else be borrowed at cost), (Fingertips must be covered), headgear mouth guard Optional: Soft shin and forearm guards recommended. Disallowed: Bandaging (other than medically certified), jewellery, boxing gloves 21.
