Pretend You re Peppa Pig! Peppa Plays Peppa is a very active pig! She loves to bike, swim, and jump rope with her family and friends. What is your favorite thing to do? Find out if others enjoy the same outdoor activities you do! Instructions: Gather a group in a circle. Ask volunteers to stand in the middle one at a time and silently act out their favorite outdoor activity. Have the rest of the group guess what it is. After the action is guessed correctly, poll the audience to find out who else likes that activity. Peppa Shares When it rains, Peppa has to wait inside before jumping into muddy puddles -her favorite! But she finds all kinds of things to do when she s stuck in the house! What do you think Peppa does when it s raining? Materials: Peppa Coloring Sheet from this kit, coloring utensils (crayons, markers, colored pencils, etc.) Peppa Says Peppa s friends follow her everywhere! Whether it s biking to the playground or jumping into a muddy puddle, Peppa s friends listen when she leads the way. Can you follow along with Peppa, too? Instructions: Gather a group in a circle. Ask for a volunteer to be Peppa and lead the others in some simple actions. To get things started, have Peppa choose one of the actions listed below, then say, Peppa says... and describe the movement while acting it out. After Peppa demonstrates it, everyone else is invited to follow along. Once you ve tried the examples listed below, have Peppa think up some more simple movements to try. Peppa says... put your index finger on your nose! Peppa says... touch your toes! Peppa says... do a jumping jack! Instructions: Distribute copies of the Peppa Coloring Sheet. Ask children to draw Peppa doing her favorite indoor activities. Invite volunteers to share their drawings with the group and describe what is happening in their pictures.
