Entries must be submitted no later than 19th December 2017 at 23.59 BWF HQ time (GMT

Players cannot enter unless they already have a BWF ID-number. In case you wish to enter players who do not have a BWF ID-number, please contact the BWF office well in advance of the tournament, so that the players concerned can get a BWF ID-number before the closing date of the tournament. It is required that every event in a particular BEC U19 Circuit tournament has at least 8 competitors (i.e. actual competitors, not merely entries). If the required number of competitors is not met, this particular event shall not count towards any ranking. In accordance with regulation 10.4 in Appendix 6 to BWF s General Competition Regulations, an event must contain at least one entry from a Member Association other than the hosting Association. If an event does not contain at least one entry from a Member Association other than the hosting Association, this particular event shall not count towards any ranking. BADMINTON EUROPE is not liable for any costs incurred by third persons (players, coaches, umpires, team managers etc.) because of an event not having enough competitors to count for the rankings. For all the players withdrawing in the time between the closing date and the beginning of the tournament the organizers can invoice the entry fee to the relevant member association. COMPETITION U19 Polish Junior International will be conducted under the BWF Competition Regulations and in accordance with the regulations of the Badminton Europe Circuit CLOTHING AND ADVERTISING Polish Junior International will be conducted According to the BWF Regulations 19-23 on advertising and clothing and according to the BEC Junior Circuit Regulations 13 on clothing. WITHDRAWALS Please ensure that the organizer will be informed immediately when a player has to withdraw, including the reason. VISA Important for all players who need visa to Poland. Please request immediately an official invitation letter from Polish Badminton Association and apply as soon as possible e-mail: sekretariat@pzbad.pl DRUG TESTING BETTING MEDICAL SERVICE INSURANCE PRESS OFFICE AIRPORT According to Polish law drug testing may be carried out on a random basis at any time. There will be betting on offer for this event. Betting is however not allowed to be made by players or officials connected to the event either in person, a third party or a betting agency. Participants who, in violation of this prohibition, nevertheless make or procure through third parties or a betting agencies shall be immediately disqualified from participation in the Event and are liable for legal prosecution. Similarly, manipulation of games will be met with disqualification and possible legal prosecution. Any violation mentioned above is also breach of Player's Code of Conduct (Art. 5.2.) and will be sanctioned by BWF. A medical service will be present in the sports hall during the tournament.
