Qualificatin System C. Eligibility Athlete Eligibility Only thse athletes wh have cmplied with the Olympic Charter (at all times) may participate in the Eurpean Games. Fr the sake f clarity, all athletes must cmply with the prvisins f the Olympic Charter in frce during the qualificatin perid fr the Eurpean Games up until the end f the perid f the Eurpean Games. Age Requirements All athletes participating in the Baku 2015 Eurpean Games must be brn between 1975-1996 Medical and Anti-Dping Requirements T be eligible t participate in the Baku 2015 Eurpean Games, all athletes must satisfy the medical requirements accrding t AIBA Medical and Anti-Dping Cmmittee. T be eligible t participate in the Baku 2015 Eurpean Games, all athletes must cmply with antidping cntrls in accrdance with the AIBA and WADA Dping Rules. D. Qualificatin Prcess The qualificatin system allws fr the participatin f the best athletes thrugh a fair and transparent prcess within the framewrk f the Olympic Charter. Qualificatin System Number f Quta Places Individual Qualificatin: WOMEN Qualifying Prcess: Quta Place allcated t 70 Qualificatin Prcess: The EUBC Eurpean Wmen s Bxing Champinships in Bucharest, Rmania 31 May 8 June 2014 will be the fficial qualificatin event after which a Eurpean Ranking will be established and cmmunicated by 30 June 2014. If an NOC has mre than ne (1) athlete in the tp 14, the next best ranked NOC will get the allcatin. Athlete Hst NOC Allcatin Allcatin Prcess The Hst NOC is guaranteed 10 male athletes (1 per weight events) and 5 female athletes (1 per weight event). Universality Allcatin Numbers 10 Male and 5 Female Universality Places are made available t eligible NOCs at the Baku 2015 Eurpean Games. E. Cnfirmatin prcess fr Quta Places The EUBC Cmpetitin Cmmissin will publish the list f qualified athletes as per the AIBA/EUBC ranking lists as f 30 June 2014 (wmen) and 31 March 2015 (men) respectively. The EUBC will publish the results and send the cnfirmatin t the respective NOCs/NFs. Reallcatin f unused quta places: The general principle is that if a quta place allcated is nt cnfirmed by the NOC by the cnfirmatin f quta place deadline r is declined by the NOC, the quta place will be reallcated t the next athlete accrding t the ranking list.
