Vapors may cause flash fire or explosion. EFFECTS OF OVEREXPOSURE (Acute and Chronic) EYE CONTACT: Irritation. Symptoms may be burning, tearing, redness and/or swelling. SKIN CONTACT: Irritation. Symptoms may be burning, drying, redness, cracking. INHALATION: Nasal and respiratory irritation. CNS depress including dizziness, fatigue, nausea, headache, possible unconsciousness and even death with gross overexposure. INGESTION: Irritation. (Gastrointestinal), nausea, vomiting. Aspiration of the material into the lungs can cause chemical pneumonitis which can be fatal. This material may be harmful or fatal if swallowed. If a corrosive product, may cause severe and permanent damage to mouth, throat and stomach. CHRONIC HAZARDS: Overexposure may cause nervous system damage, lung damage or kidney damage. PRIMARY ROUTE (S) OF ENTRY: SKIN CONTACT EYE CONTACT MEDICAL CONDITIONS AGGRAVATED BY EXPOSURE: Not know, however, diseases of the respiratory system and skin disorders may be aggravated by exposure. 1

SECTION 4 EMERGENCY FIRST AID MEASURES FIRST AID - EYE CONTACT: Immediately flush eyes with plenty of water. Get medical attention, if irritation persists. FIRST AID - SKIN CONTACT: FIRST AID INHALATION: FIRST AID INGESTION: Call a pneumonia Do not spray directly onto skin. If accidentally discharged onto skin, immediately flush skin with plenty of water. Remove and launder clothing separately before reuse. Get medical attention immediately. Remove to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Get immediate medical attention. Get medical attention immediately. If swallowed, do NOT induce vomiting. Give victim a glass of water or milk. physician or poison control center immediately. Aspiration into lungs during vomiting can cause chemical which can be fatal Note to Physicians Exposure to high concentrations of this material (e.g. in enclosed space or with deliberate abuse) may be associated with cardiac arrhythmias. The use of epinephrine and other sympathomimetic drugs may initiate cardiac arrhythmias. SECTION 5 FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES FLAMMABLE LIMITS: FLASH POINT (Method Used): < 0 F LOWER EXPLOSIVE LIMIT: N/I EXTINGUISHING MEDIA: Carbon dioxide, foam, dry chemical UPPER EXPLOSIVE LIMIT: N/I UNUSUAL FIRE AND EXPLOSION HAZARDS: Firefighters should wear self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) with full face piece operated in a positive pressure mode. See Decomposition Products. SPECIAL FIRE FIGHTING PROCEDURES: Use equipment or shielding to protect personnel against bursting, rupturing or venting ontainers. At elevated temps (>130 F) aerosol containers may burst, vent or rupture. As in any fire, wear self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) pressure-demand (MSHA/NIOSH approved or equivalent) and full protective gear. Cooling with water streams may be helpful. INCOMPATIBILITY: (Materials to Avoid) Strong oxidizers HAZARDOUS DECOMPOSITION PRODUCTS Not determined; however, we would expect CO2, CO, Sio2, formaldehyde and various incompletely burned hydrocarbon products, chlorine, hydrochloric acid and possibly small quantities of phosgene. NOTICE This product contains methylpolsiloxanes, which when heated to temperatures above 300 F (150 C), in the presence of air, can form formaldehyde vapors. Formaldehyde is a potential cancer hazard, a known skin and respiratory sensitizer, eye and throat irritant, and an acute toxicant. Vapors irritate eyes, nose and throat. Safe handling conditions may be maintained by keeping vapor concentrations within the OSHA permissible exposure limits for formaldehyde. (NOTE This product does not contain formaldehyde.) WILL HAZARDOUS POLYMERIZATION OCCUR? - NO CONDITIONS TO AVOID FOR POLYMERIZATION -- N/A CONDITIONS TO AVOID FOR STABILITY : Avoid heat sufficient to burst can, and spraying into flame or onto red hot surfaces, or exposing spray to sparks or other sources of ignition which may cause it to ignite. SECTION 6 ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES IF PRODUCT IS ACCIDENTLY RELEASED / SPILLED: Remove from any source of ignition. Ventilate area. Use protective equipment consistent with the situation. Place residue into metal containers for proper disposal. Remove residue sufficiently to prevent slippery condition developing. WASTE DISPOSAL METHODS: Consult federal, state and local regulations. Do not puncture or incinerate (burn) containers. Give empty, leaking or full containers to a disposal service equipped to safety handle and dispose. 2

SECTION 8 EXPOSURE CONTROLS/ PERSONAL PROTECTION ENGINEERING CONTROLS AND VENTILATION: LOCAL EXHAUST: To maintain <PEL/TLV; MECHANICAL (General): To maintain <PEL/TLV; SPECIAL: To maintain <PEL/TLV; OTHER: To maintain <PEL/TLV RESPIRATORY PROTECTION: Generally not required if sufficient ventilation is provided. If PEL/TLV of product or any of its components is exceeded, an approved organic vapor mask should be used. PROTECTIVE INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT / CLOTHING STANDARDS SHOULD BE FOLLOWED. PROTECTIVE GLOVES: Where prolonged or repeated contact with spray mist or the deposited product is likely, wear neoprene or similar resistant gloves. OTHER PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT: As required by your company, eye protection is suggested. Wear goggles or safety glasses with side shields if contact with spray is likely. OTHER ENGINEERING CONTROLS: To determine exposure levels, monitoring should be performed. WORK PRACTICES: Do not use in confined or closed space. Ventilation should maintain concentration of product or its components below their PEL/TLV. HYGIENIC PRACTICES: Wash hands thoroughly before eating or smoking after using this or any chemical product. MAINTENANCE PRECAUTIONS: Do not remove or deface label. SECTION 9 PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES Boiling Point (F) - N/A Specific Gravity (water = 1) <1 Vapor Density (Air=1) >1 Vapor Pressure (PSIG) 50+/- 10% Volatile by Volume (%) >95 Evaporation Rate (ether=1) Slower Solubility in Water Negligible Appearance and Odor Information: Clear mist with sharp odor of perchloroethylene solvent as dispensed from aerosol package.
