The MN Beef Expo has once again broke past records and continues to expand in numbers. The Expo is a four day event with a power packed venue of educational workshops, knowledge bowl contest, fitting contest judging contest, showmanship, all breeds sale and show, White Satin Embryo, and MYBEP (MN Youth Beef Education Program) where the program gave away the 100 heifer to youth that are wanting to be part of beef industry. 837 head of cattle where shown by the youth attending the event.
