FSF Cymru updated information for the game in Brussels between Wales and Belgium on Sunday kick off 5 pm Local time. 6 pm British time This information is meant to compliment and update the fan guide that is available on line at http://www.fsf.org.uk/latest-news/category/fsf-cymru/ Above we see a view from where Wales fans are seated Over 3,500 Welsh fans are expected to travel to Brussels for this fixture, unfortunately we were allocated only 2,400 tickets. More than1100 fans without tickets are expected to watch the game in areas around the Grand Place and should be advised not to go to the stadium without tickets; Unfortunately despite all our best efforts we could not get the Belgium police commander to allow a specific fan zone for Welsh fans although we are still working on this, there will be stringent police and stewarding ticket checks on the approaches to the stadium and at the turnstiles. The views are not fantastic from the away end but adequate and the bottom rows are left unsold due to that fact. You are quite a distance away from the field with the running track and it is expected that many fans will chose to stand rather than sit in the pretty poor seating as shown below.
British Embassy SCHUMAN METRO Getting to the ground Use Metro line SIX and get off at Houba-Brugman sop. (DO NOT STAY ON THE ONE EXTRA STOP TO HEYSEL) Follow signs for TRIBUNE 2 in the direction of the giant sculpture made of silver spheres called the Atomium and the planetarium. You will come to the turnstile area at the top of a small hill. Please note these turnstiles now (since our last visit) have upgraded and have modern electronic turnstiles and there will be a pre ticket check and Police presence at the turnstiles. Do not come into this area without a ticket or you will be turned away.
The toilet and refreshment concourse is slightly better than the upper level, but still not to the standard or quality that would be seen as ideal! Once you get into the stadium bowl please try to go to your allocated seats, stewards will assist and no standing in Aisles will be allowed. There will be stewards there from al parts of Wales including a Welsh speaker, please approach one of these if you have any problems. The British consulate is now housed in the British Embassy building onavenue d'auderghem 10, 1000 Bruxelles, It Is very close to the SCHUMAN métro stop and just off the roundabout. If anyone gets into trouble with the police or ends up in need of medical assistance the Embassy may also be able to assist but call the FSF Cymru help line as soon as possible and we can put you in touch with the right people Please note losing your passport could cost you up to 400 and possibly more made up of 95 for a travel document to get home. 72.50 for a new passport plus your travel home if your original transport is already left SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR DOCUMENTS, CREDIT CARDS AND MONEY.

It is 100 years since the great war and some supporters are planning to visit the Ypres area and amongst the monuments there you will now be able to see a permanent memorial to the Welsh soldiers who died in the First World War. The memorial (pictured), designed by sculptor Lee Odishow, depicts a bronze dragon atop a stone plinth, made from stone transported from Pontypridd in Wales to Flanders. At the base of the memorial is soil gathered from the summits of Mount Snowdon and Pen Y Fan, "This memorial's artist is from Tenby, the stones from Pontypridd and the dragon was made in north Wales. Every bit of it is Welsh.
