BC Soccer Youth Provincial Championships Bid Package BC Soccer is currently accepting bids for the hosting of Provincial Championships in all categories for 2019. The goal of BC Soccer is to have the highest quality event possible for the teams involved, and to provide an opportunity to promote soccer in local communities. Successful applicants will be selected based on their ability to achieve these goals. This document provides information regarding the bid process, the competitions for which bids can be submitted, roles and responsibilities chart, planning timelines, minimum hosting requirements, a sample hosting agreement, as well as a hosting application form and an Economic Impact Assessment is being developed for inclusion as well. Hosting bids for this event should come from a BCSPL franchise. **Please note BC Soccer s Competition Rules and Regulations 9 b). This new rule mandates that all teams that qualify for the Provincial Championships, and reside at least 100km from the host location, must stay in the Host Hotel. Hosts are required to ensure adequate rooms are available. The numbers in this chart are approximate and actuals depend on the host location, and where teams qualify from.
