The game was the fi nal regular season road contest for UMES. The men have now lost 22 of the past 24 games to the Spartans. Troy Snyder posted his fi fth double-double in his past seven games in Monday s contest. The forward posted 20 points and 13 rebounds MATCHUP AGAINST DSU: UMES is 47-53 all-time against Delaware State, where the Hawks and Hornets have split the two-game yearly series each of the past four years. The teams have split the past four games, 2-2. UMES opened last season losing its fi rst 13 games, but won vs. DSU, 58-53, for its fi rst win of the year on Jan. 12 4 SENIORS: UMES honors four seniors tonight Louis Bell, Troy Snyder, Pina Guillaume and Francis Ezeiru. Bell has played all four years at UMES, while Snyder and Guillaume have each been here for three. This is Ezieru s second UMES MEAC TOURNAMENT PAIRING: UMES is locked into the No. 13 seed in the MEAC Tournament and will play the No. 4, either Norfolk St. or Morgan St. The game will be played on March 10 at 6:30 p.m. at Scope NORFOLK ST./MORGAN ST. TIE-BREAKER: If NSU wins tonight against N.C. Central, they lock up the third spot, but if the Spartans lose and the Bears defeat Howard, then a tie-breaker occurs for No. 4. NSU and MSU tied 1-1 in the season-series, so the best record against the rest of the MEAC holds the advantage. Morgan State has the edge with two wins over No. 2 Hampton ROAD LOSING STREAK... NO MORE!: UMES 68-67 victory at Coppin State on Saturday snapped the nation s longest road losing streak at 34-games. The streak saw UMES lose every road contest since a win at Morgan State on Feb. 11, 2012. UMES still has not won an out-of-conference road game in its last 26 tries, dating back to a victory at Navy on Nov. 11, 2010 SNYDER NEARLY UNTOUCHABLE: Snyder is averaging 23.6 ppg and 10.1 rpg over the past seven. The streak has seen Snyder tally 20-plus points each game and he has tallied double-doubles in 5 of his past seven UNIV. OF MARYLAND EASTERN SHORE NUMERICAL ROSTER No. Name Pos. Yr. Ht. Wt.
