Eligibility Athlete Eligibility Only those athletes who have complied with the Olympic Charter (at all times) may participate in the European Games. For the sake of clarity, all athletes must comply with the provisions of the Olympic Charter in force during the qualification period for the European Games up until the end of the period of the European Games. Medical and Anti-Doping Requirements To be eligible to participate in the Baku 015 European Games, all athletes must satisfy the medical requirements according to UEG Medical Rules and comply with anti-doping controls in accordance with the UEG and WADA Anti-Doping Rules. Additional UEG Requirements As for official Union Européenne de Gymnastique (UEG) competitions, the participants must have the following minimum age by 1 January 015: Men s Artistic Gymnastics: 18 years Women s Artistic Gymnastics: 16 years Rhythmic Gymnastics: 16 years Trampoline Gymnastics: 17 years Acrobatic Gymnastics: 15 years Aerobic Gymnastics: 18 years ǀ 3 ǀ

D. Qualification Process The qualification system allows for the participation of the best athletes through a fair and transparent process within the framework of the Olympic Charter. MEN & WOMEN ARTISTIC GYMNASTICS (MAG & WAG) s 90 90 Qualifying Event Qualification Event Type and period: European Men s Artistic Gymnastics Team Championships 19 5 May 014 in Sofia, Bulgaria (MAG) European Women s Artistic Gymnastics Team Championships 1 18 May 014 in Sofia, Bulgaria (WAG) The 5 best teams, one Host team and 1 best individuals at the 014 WAG and 014 MAG ECh will qualify their for the 015 European Games. allocated to: RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS (RG) 1) For spots 1-75, the 5 best teams of competition 1, are granted one (1) team spot. The three (3) gymnasts selected by their will compete in the team event at the 015 European Games. ) For spots 76-78, the Host gets one (1) team spot. Gymnasts representing an already qualified under criterion 1 and are not taken into consideration for criterion 3 s Qualifying Event allocated to 9 Qualification Event Type: European Championships in Rhythmic Gymnastics Individual Gymnasts (qualification has already been held in 013): 0 gymnasts (including from the Host ) will be invited according to the results obtained at Competition 1 of the 013 RG European Championship (max. gymnasts per ) by adding the best three scores. Groups: The 11 best groups plus 1 group from the Host from the 014 RG European Championships, (9-15 June 014) will qualify. TRAMPOLINE (TRA) s Qualifying Event allocated to 5 Qualification Event Type: 014 European Championships in Trampoline Gymnastics For spots 1-1, the six (6) best in the team event are granted two () spots. The two () gymnasts selected by their will compete in both the individual and synchronized events at the European Games. For spots 13-0, the four (4) best pairs in the Synchro Finals are granted two () spots. The two () gymnasts selected by their as a pair for Synchro will also compete in the individual event. Pairs representing already qualified under spots 1-1 are not taken into consideration for spots 13-0. For spots 1-4, the four (4) best individuals in the Individual Trampoline event gain one (1) spot for their. Individuals representing s already qualified under spots 1-0 are not taken into consideration for spots 1-4. For spots 5-6, the top pair from the Host is granted two () spots. If the Host has already qualified any gymnast following any of the spots 1-4, then this 5th and 6th spots will be granted to the fifth and sixth in the individual ranking. ACROBATIC GYMNASTICS (ACRO) s Qualifying Event or Ranking allocated to 55 Qualification Event Type: 014 World Championships in Acrobatic Gymnastics The top 10 European s and Host in the Mixed Pair and Women s Groups in the 014 World Championships will qualify for the European Games. Qualification Period: 014 World Championships in Acrobatic Gymnastics, 10 1 July 014 in Levallois/FRA AEROBIC GYMNASTICS (AER) s Qualifying Event or Ranking allocated to 67 Qualification Event Type: 013 European Championships in Aerobic Gymnastics The best 9 Mixed Pairs (1 per ) plus the Host and best 10 Groups (1 per ) plus the Host will qualify for the EG Qualification Period: 013 European Championships in Aerobic Gymnastics, 4-10 November 013 Host Allocation Allocation Process The Host is guaranteed the allocation detailed in Section B3 subject to meeting the athlete quota and eligibility requirements detailed in sections B and C. If the Host has reached the maximum quota for a discipline (section B) under the regular qualification process regulations, there is no additional Host allocation. In this case, the Host Allocation will be reallocated to the next eligible. ǀ 6 ǀ

Universality Allocation Numbers The Gymnastics qualification process has been designed to maximise the number of eligible s that can compete at the Baku 015 European Games, and as such there will be no allocation of Universality places. E. Confirmation process for s The results will be published one (1) week after the qualification event on the UEG website. BEGOC on behalf of UEG will send the confirmation of the quota places obtained to the respective National Member Federations /s one week after qualification event. The s have to confirm to BEGOC and UEG the quota places that they will use weeks after notification date. F. Reallocation of unused quota places The general principle is that if a quota place allocated is not confirmed by the by the confirmation of quota place deadline or is declined by the, the quota place will be reallocated to the next athlete according to the ranking list. In case the quota in any of the disciplines cannot be reached, it can be reallocated to other discipline. REALLOCATION OF UNUSED QUOTA PLACES The next ranked of the qualification event. REALLOCATION PROCESS FOR ACROBATIC GYMNASTICS In the unlikely situation that some countries would withdraw (because some countries will not have the requested category) a reserve list will be created as follow: 1.
