With committed and loyal staff, passionate support from our fans, both inside the stadium and across the South West and our proven financial discipline, we believe we can continue to provide long-term growth for Football Club and further playing success. About our club, Paulton Rovers Football Club is a semi professional football club currently playing in the Southern Premier Division, just 1 level away from Conference football. We are forward thinking ambitious Football club based near Bristol with an FA Charter Standard Club Status. With one senior side, an Under 18 s team and also a Sunday team, we are in a strong position in terms of membership. The club is currently seeing its most successful spell within recent years and after narrowly missing out on promotion to the Premier Division in the 2013/13 season play-off final the Senior side has made history by gaining promotion to the Southern Premier Division for the first time in the clubs history. Additionally, I feel I should mention our excellent disciplinary record. We are 100% committed to creating an environment where attractive football can thrive. The club is incredibly important to the local community and we see setting the right example as more than just a principle - It s a social responsibility. Paulton Rovers has built a sound business on the heritage of a great football club and its unique record of success in recent years. The results over the past few seasons illustrate Paulton Rovers unique strength as both a business and a football club. We have demonstrated our ability to deal with new challenges whilst continuing to strive to be the best both on and off the pitch. These strengths helped us reach the Southern Premier League via the play-offs in the 2013/14 and also lift the Somerset Premier Cup for the first time in the clubs history in the 2012/13 season. Turnover Our turnover is underpinned by continued strong demand for our games at Winterfield Road, where crowds often exceeded 250, and by our partnerships with Jaymart, Oakus and other sponsors. We enjoy a strong relationship with our fans and partners, a critical success factor which we work hard to develop as it helps protect us against the variability in social revenues. Our revenues benefited in the 2008/9 season from our success in reaching the first round of the FA Cup and drawing now Premier League side Norwich City in a home tie played in front of over 2000 fans and televised live on ITV1 and to over 30 countries worldwide. We are at the heart of the community and our excellent clubhouse and whether it s business or pleasure our modern facilities can cater for all kinds of events big or small. Our function rooms can be decorated, set out in party style, in buffet style or in small clusters of tables and comfortable seating. Music can be played in any of the rooms, with The Francis Suite also providing a dance floor space. With a large, free car park and level disabled access there are no restrictions on who might attend. The site has easy access for loading and unloading in preparation for an event.
